I live in Virginia and John J Bowman is hard to find here too. It was recently added to the list of products that are only put out for limited availability drops along with all the other allocated stuff. It was still hard to find before that though, I got lucky and went to a store right after they had gotten a shipment in before it was 1 per person and grabbed a few of them
John j is better than eht sb and much cheaper when secondary is factored in, both can be found in ny often, also straight bourbon must be age stated if it’s under 4 years old. So it’s at least 4
John J is a great pour. The port finished and small batch are very enjoyable also .
Here at the Jersey shore Bowman Brothers and Isaic Bowman are in most stores and a few stores Have the John J on the shelf for about $65.
