They’ll never be another like Mr Connolly. ❤❤❤❤
💙🏴
He is one of those people that talks to you for ages if you say hello to him lol. My cousin saw him out and about, said hi, then spent a half hour just listening to him. He has such a great personality.
Awhh love that. What a Legend 🤩
We used to do that when we were wee, you would grab the bottom of your coat and hold it up above your head, acted like a sail and the wind blew you backwards, not quite as strong as he describes but near enough lol
Places should stay traditional and green. ❤
I love billy it’s such a shame he is suffering from Parkinson’s disease he is also a talented artist his paintings are amazing ❤
I went to that show at the usher Hall.😅
I’m jealous 😭
Billy is awesome, tells brilliant stories and his TV travels around the world and Scotland are soo entertaining and informative 👏
Legend 🏴💙
@@Eddycheeee "Billy Connoly's Tour of" done loads of places, driving around them in between his shows.
@@TheJpf79it was Billy Connolly’s World Tour of Scotland, followed by Billy Connolly’s World Tour of England, Ireland and Wales. There were also Billy Connolly’s World Tour of Australia and Billy Connolly’s World Tour of New Zealand.
@@lynnejamieson2063 Yeah thanks " "Billy Connoly's Tour of" done loads of places,"
@@TheJpf79 the point I was making is that it’s not just Billy Connolly’s Tour of…, it’s Billy Connolly’s WORLD Tour of…
Shetlands trees are in Norway 😂😂😂😭😂😂😂
What he says about Shetland and the Orkneys is true. It's WINDY up there, Unst (one of the Shetland islands) holds the "unofficial" windspeed record for the UK - 197mph at the RAF Station at Saxa Vord.
That’s some crazy wind. You won’t be seeing me going for a jog there 🤣
I went there by motorbike once. Unst is quite remote and certainly can be a bit bleak. It's two ferry rides up from the Shetland 'mainland'. There's not much there, population 632, a couple of villages, hamlets and some farms. When the A968 ends and turns into the B 9087, which in turn becomes a country lane, you end up in a place called Skaw which is as far north as you can get by road in the British Isles. Unst is 60.74 degrees north, further north than the tip of Southern Greenland at 59.46N !
Morton is the football team in Greenock, so it's Greenock Morton.
Ohhhh. I use football to learn about places 🤣🤣
I think you mean ‘The Mighty Ton’ 😊
Outstanding! You'll love the interview with Parkinson and Tom Cruise. Gives a good sense of him. National treasure! Cheers Eddy. Oh and I highly recommend going to Edinburgh as well. It's an incredible city for the architecture. It's known as The Athens of the North.
I’ll definitely be checking out the interview. Can’t wait to visit “The Athens of the North” 🤣

An other two Scottish comedians worth a look at Fern Bardy and Larry Dean. Keep the videos coming 👍
You have to try to look up park my bike. Billy's very 1st joke on tv in 1975 on Michael parkinsons tv show. I 1st heard it in 1980. I was very young and didn't get the double entendre, but I laughed, and he his my favourite since the best of the best. Billy is one off. it was a shocking joke in the 70s, now it would be tame I saw him twice. I am lucky. I love your reactions, thank you.
I’ll definitely be checking the joke 🤩. Thank you 🥳
It's a very short joke but it made him an overnight success.
Eddy buy a map of Scotland or google the country and I guarantee you will find more than 4 towns.Love your presentation by the way.
Check out Aitch 1989 brother ❤..
Just watched it. Love the old school vibes 🥳
@@Eddycheeee Nice one Eddy .
