I remember 1 time I destroyed a railroad crossing with my header flange on the teg 🤣 plus seeing ya do the work on gravel takes me back to workin in my dirt driveway and gettin'r done by ANY means needed. Back in the day like 12 years ago I had a static slammed 99 ex coupe, the front shock towers where the front upper A arm contacts the body just cut that part out, raise it or leave it open whatever it needs to go because that limits the front travel. I used shortened shocks from eBay they still sell them for like 150$ with extended top hats also eBay with ground control sleeves or the eBay ones if you are a broke dude then you have to cut the spring down a coil or two so it fits in the shortened strut/extended top hat without too much preload. It’s a super cheap easy to get set up, combined with the cut out front shock towers you should be slammed on it’s nuts, I know I couldn’t run an exhaust I went open header so you might have to do that.
The good old day's when I used to ride around in old school 90's Honda's in the early 2000's remember when you could pick up an old Honda for $500 those days are long gone.

A I just static dropped my 8th gen but listen the front coils are where they come in the mail you know how there preset for your order and then you twist the strut to drop the car in the front well the strut is busted on one side so I get this popping sound when the weight transfer sides or I drop off a big bump so I was thinking to twist the front springs all the way to the bottom of the strut and then adjust the ride high from there
If you’re running Springs still you’ll probably hear the noise even if you go all the way down bc if the shock is busted any weight shift on that side depending on how bad the coil overs are but seems like you just got unlucky with it you could go static and sense the coil over won’t be moving much it might make the sound less but depending on what kind of ride you want it might just be better off to replace the coil over if you can a lot of stuff has happened to the purple civic and we put it back on Springs and it’s been like that for months if not almost a year but so far we’ve had no issues but you could definitely play around with it to see if you can find a sweet spot worst case scenario you were just unlucky and probably just might be better of replacing the coil over but that’s just a possibility bc I can’t really be hands-on with it to tell you exactly what I would do but good luck on it bro but I would definitely play around with it just to see
@@roughriders5001 actually it worked perfect no more popping rides great and I am static af I need smaller wheels to go any lower in the front only had Tnt come out of that was my tires for some reason run the coils on the front so I just cambered the strut tower I’m as far as I could get it and boom hammered no popping and it rides better then it did before
@@roughriders5001 shock wasn’t busted it was like idk pulling the strut as far up as it could and was making the plunger pop or something idk but i spun them all the way down and boom problem fixed
@@covqz6086 Yuhh but on my civic, the black one it has a dna exhaust on it don’t sound too bad but I scraped Hella holes in it so I need to do an exhaust tuck and replace some pipe
I drive sick daily the car isn't 100% fixed there a sensor its the IAT sensor and the sensor is bad and throughs off the fuel ratios and delays the power why is why it don't like to take off well and I know you ain't talking with that monster truck ass fitment boy
