Do the full ceramic coating 100% worth it and it will protect
everything you just got done doing
I gotta do mine
That truck is still pretty even though it's 6 years old
looking good I need to tackle mine
Crystal serum light is awesome 2 years and still going strong on my black 18
You need to do a proper coating on it if going through the trouble of the full correction imo.
Agreed pointless to do all the work without proper protection
Jokers pulling each orher
You had what I like to call the 30/30. Looks good from 30ft away, looks good at 30 mph. I had the same thing when my trucks got covered in overspray...
Shine supply headlock is the way to go for the ceramic coating!
What year is the black truck
Do a actual ceramic coating. I’ve got a 10 year ceramic coating. I use chemical guys ceramic wash and wax that enhances the coating and makes it shine. Then I spray on adams polishes ceramic sealant that keeps the coating on longer
For 6 years the paint is pretty damn good! HD Speed and microfiber disc is what I would have used. You should get car pro CQuartz ceramic coating and finish it off.
As far as coating goes look into Undrdog super easy to apply especially for someone new to coating. That’s what I use at our detail shop and it does amazing.
If you have any questions about coatings or help on compounds and polishes to try lmk
How long did you spend on this? Thanks for the videos!
Meguiars 110 and 210 compound and polish are the newer formulas, and are supposed to be way less dusty. Got them both at Harbor Freight, but haven't used them yet.
You can never beat real ceramic coating but you have to be completely satisfied with the paint before applying. Once it is done it is done for however long it is good for. Unless you want to take the painstaking time to take it off if you don't like the outcome.
Is there a leveling kit on this or is the front stock suspension?
Been wanting to do this to mine. When is the next part getting uploaded? Want to see this beast all polished up.
one reason to never own black it's a PITA to keep looking fresh and new. Also if you don't have a garage to store when not in use your really screwed!🤙
