Just picked up this small shorts series and I really loved watching it. Its also the reason I spent 5 hours browsing mods so I could switch to U7, I just wanted to say what an amazing job you did with this!

This series was wild. You're clearly really good at B&S. Mind if i ask what kind of mods you use? Because my B&S doesn't look and feel that bright and immersive.

Do you mean the literal contrast and colors? Because I don't believe i have any mods that alter that.

@@CptShibe Ahh no you helped me enough by saying this is from U7. I think the graphics of the game overall were good in U7, but i thought it was a mod. By immersive i meant that the AI seemed better than in U9. You probably also have better internet so it's a lot smoother at your side than mine lmao.

I love this so much!! Is there a reason you kept the series in U7? Was it for consistency or just your preference. Also using that cathedral brings back so much nostalgia for some reason!!
I play on U7 due to the availability of certain mods, most specifically Sluggas Combat Overhaul, so it's for preference! The consistency that came out of it was just a pure coincidence, but a welcome one.
I simply don't enjoy the vanilla combat on either versions, and I have yet to find a mod that satisfies my combat needs on U9, lol.
One day I'll probably upgrade, but for now I'm content.

A Blade and Sorcery Story: The Rogue
In the city of Versia, there lived a boy who would become a quick and agile assassin named the Rogue.
The boy was a peasant. He had no family and was a beggar in the marketplace of Versia, usually he was left to starve, but he always found a way to survive. There the boy noticed the knights in shining armor and with their swords and the archers with their bows and arrows. The boy had nothing more than an dirk. The boy decided he would steal since he couldn’t get any money. The boy would steal anything that could fit in his mouth or his pockets, and yet he continued to steal, without anyone noticing of course.
One day, as he was stealing bread, a baker noticed the boy stealing bread and notified the authorities. The boy tried to run away, only for him to be caught. The boy, now a rogue, wandered across the land of Versia in search of fortune. He had to kill bandits, knights, etc. There, the rogue went to the Greenlands, in search of fortune. There he fould a chest full of treasure.
As he was looting, the Rogue found a sword, but this was no ordinary sword, he thought. It was a rare but cursed weapon. The moment he picked it up, the sword was weeping blood and red bolt of electricity surrounded the cold but fine blade.
Suddenly, the Rogue found a swarm of bandits about to attack him, but the sword turned any enemy into ash, so the Rogue fought against the bandits, but more were coming. So he ran off with the treasure and the cursed weapon and escaped the Greenlands. He was never seen again, but now he mostly resides in his home.
Appearance: The Rogue appears as an assassin armed with a dagger and crossbow. He wears a knight’s armor, but he also wears a brown peasant’s cloak and hood and wears a brown mask, mostly used to hide his identity. He wears knights pants and leather boots.

Part 2 of the Rogue’s story:
The Rogue is a quick, agile, and highly aggressive warrior and assassin. He is also a unnamed treasure hunter. He leaves Versia in search of wonder, exploration, riches, and gear for his collection. He has traveled far and wide in this world, from the brutal, unforgiving cold wastelands, to the deep forests and ruins plagued with bandits and outlaws. The Rogue, one day while searching for treasure, happening to come across the Fallen Knight’s armor and the Nameless sword.
Short history of the so-called Fallen Knight: The “Fallen Knight” was a legendary hero, often told in children’s tales and heroic ballads for his greatest and heroic achievements. He was a member of a demoralized, now unified group of protectors known as Knights of the Sacred Order. The Sacred Order fought to “protect” Versia from danger and evil. However, during the siege of Versia when an organized army of bandits single-handlers layed siege to the city. The Knights prayed for a miracle and a savior before retreating elsewhere. Legend has it that the Fallen Knight buried his armor and his nameless sword in a tomb before siltting his own throat. His body was later buried in the tomb he was in after the siege had ended. It is said you can whispering and sometimes the screams of the Knight telling his brothers and sisters to retreat.
The Nameless Sword was the sword gifted to him by a generous king. The sword was partially crafted from a unknown material in which the blade can NEVER be chipped, dulled, warped, etc. The construction of the weapon is beautiful and emits a red bolt of electricity that surrounds the blade. The sword was not given a name, hence the name of the Nameless Sword and that’s it cuz I’m tired.
The Rogue takes this armor and the sword, and sails home. By next morning, he plans on going to the Temple, a place buried in the forest, covered in vines and hidden in massive tall trees. The entrance of said temple is that of a lion and a door that requires a blade to enter, like a knife. Our hero enters the strange place, armed with a torch. After maneuvering the temple, there he finds three glass balls of blood, sweat, and tears. There he placed the three goblets and another entrance opened. He later finds murals about the founding of the Knights of the White, Red, and Black Orders and their mission to “protect” Versia in its early days. There he finds the gear of the three knights that died in the Temple: The Heavenly Blade of the White Knight, The Blessed Hammer of the Red Knight, and the Scythe of the Damned of the Black Knight. These three also slit their own throats when the bandits invaded their hideout. The weapons, were again, buried with them. However the Rogue, being a grave robber, took these weapons and brought them back to his ship.

Unfortunately I don't have a lot of ideas to go around currently. That + the newer versions of Blade & Sorcery feeling, lackluster, when it comes to the feel of combat, in my opinion.
