Is there a mod or specific form to be able to penetrate so fluently like that? Or is it just pure skill
I have mods that change damage input/output, if you're talking about decaps then yes, i do use a mod for that, if you are talking about just general fighting (??) then no. So it's a mix between skill & mods, since i'm not a very big fan of how hard it is to decap :)

Not a mod but a previous version.
You'd have to revert your game to U7 (two versions back) if you wanted a similar look.
