  • If we realize that we may only have today, then we are really able to use it to the best of our ability. Instead of generating fear, it energises us to let go of our worries about the future and focus on what is really important - maintaining a peaceful mind and a good heart, finding deeper peace and happiness within ourself, and helping others if we can to find that within themselves. In this way we create a better world for ourself and others.
