We Came Up Mini at Mosquito Lake Mini Madness Bass Tournament

Jumped into a local tournament 3 hours from the house to compete against the locals without any practice after smashing my truck during my trip to go practice the lake. Made alot of adjustements and got onto something that I believe could have been the deal but just didn't have enough time left to explore. this lake is amazing

Do you just need a ohio fishing license to fish that lake being a PA resident? No launch permits for out of state boats from PA?
