Mosquito Lake was in my backyard growing up... it has a decent population of bass, great crappie, walleye and catfish populations with a fair pike population. Glad you got a pike and explored the island. Blessings! 🎣👊🏼🇺🇸

Water pump every two years you should replace! They go bad and if run motor for to long you'll roach the motor! I grew up and have fished the lake for 20+yrs it's good lake but it's been get alot of pressure this year!

Surprisingly, there are no videos of mosquito lake history or anything about the old road and bridge that still lies underwater before the army of engineers built the lake damn.
