@@mikaelmaturine6659 after all bro it did take him a lot longer because of that setback. I believe that why he's plat style changed, after the injury he played it safe for a long time. He would making as many attacking runs as he used to trying to beat the outside backs and get a cross or shot in. Now he's doing it again just like in Southampton too and its great to see that. Just as united fans sadly started to write him off, now he's loved again.

+Tom Kelly Yes he linked up well with shaw. Probably because Shaw is a proper lb with great offensive awareness. Rojo and Blind just don't have that offensive prowess in that position as Shaw does. Can't wait till he's back, but don't want to rush him
+_The_Bread_Man_ blind doesn't fit the center back role but rojo is a little better at lb then blind, but I want to see rojo as smallings cb partner
Blind is an upgrade to Carrick imo... why give Carrick a new contract??.. Put Blind in Midfield.. Thats his best postion.. He tackles better.. he was the beginning of most of our attacks last season... scored a few goals from there...Hasnt got space but he is less exposed in that position.. He did an exceptional job in defense last year..

Exactly... Memphis was often left isolated... overlapping runs from the backs creates space.... the moment Luke Shaw went down.. all out attack seemed to go out the window
In 2023, he overcame the horrible injury and became one of the best left back/center back in the world.
Getting better and better and he's only 20.

The entire back four are playing with such confidence. Every time the ball is there, they believe they can go and win it, and most of the time they do.

his career is so unlucky he got slated last season although he played well for his price tag and now when he begins to prove his worth and show his fantastic potential he is out for the season i hope he makes a speedy recovery because he was turning into a real left back and i hope he continues to progress as he is really good and unappreciated
