I had a very unfortunate experience with Popeye's fried Chicken. I bought a box of chicken. The next day, after I warmed leftovers in the oven, a substance came out like you'd expect some grease, but this was a large amount like a quarter cup, and it pooled on the cookie sheet and hardened. It was like a plastic polymer. Hot water and hard scrubbing wouldn't make it budge and I couldn't easily move it with a knife. Whatever it was took quite a while working with an abrasive pad to remove it. I've never seen anything like it in all my years. Never.

I'm curious if there was a grand opening promotion, and I've noticed from experience that people are willing to wait in a long line when a new eatery opens. 😁 Good to see Popeye's Chicken had a great turnout in Taiwan, and thank you for sharing, AK! 😎

I didn’t know Popeyes existed in Taiwan Actionkid We don’t have it in Qidong China or Shanghai or Shenzhen or Hong Kong. It must be new 🆕 in there. Popeyes chicken sandwich was the popular thing 2-3 years ago or something. Hopefully they have biscuit french fries and mashed potatoes. Popeyes Louisiana kitchen going to open in Kew Gardens, Queens on Queens Boulevard soon . Maybe you should give it a try one day.
