The yellow colour alone is appetizing, looking good. For few seconds I thought how do they grow coconut in Tibet, but I realized Myanmar is a lower tropical country. Taiwan is a food paradise because they have so many nationalities living there.

That’s the “Ohno Khao Swe” or coconut curry noodle. One of the staples of Burmese cuisine.
I've never had Burmese food. It looks really tasty. That noodle coconut curry broth bowl looks similar toThai khao soi. With such cheap delicious food in Asia, it's no wonder you've spent so much time there.
This Burmese noodle dish reminds me of Laksa in Singapore.
