- Why I went with a Dennis Carpenter Body on my 1974 Ford Bronco Restoration Project.

I am restoring a 1974 Ford Bronco keeping track of every hour and dollar spent. I picked this Bronco up out of a field in Georgia and the body was completely shot. I dragged the frame and a few body parts home and started taking it all a part. I stripped down the frame and axles, and had them sand blasted and powder coated. Then rebuilt the axles with 4.56 gears and bolted them up to a 2.5’ lift from Toms Offroad. Then, I dropped my Dennis Carpenter Body on the frame and that’s where it sits today.
When I was doing my research there were lots of options to choose from on where to get a new body for my Bronco. But the more I looked around, the more I understood that a body from Dennis Carpenter was going to be the right fit. And there were 3 factors that stood out to me with a Dennis Carpenter body.
1. Authenticity
2. Modern functionality
3. Quality

Good to see you back on the bronco build. Looking forward to seeing more progress on it.
Been working on the dash and mocking everything up. Next video will take a while, but I'm working on it.
I would love to pick your brain!!! 1975 Nashville native bronco questions galore...was my daily driver and parked due to brakes only.
Nice! Come to a club meet up and let’s talk. Check out Tennessee Broncos on Facebook
A Dennis Carpenter Body seems like the way to go, I wonder how many bronco bodies I would have to put togeather before I started to get it near the same quality.
Yeah, it takes a while to get the process down
