Our audio « Stimulate Chakras » is a music tuned to A=432Hz, which features all 7 chakras played with different notes, from the root chakra (C/Do) to the crown chakra (B/Si). Please note that these notes are not solfeggio frequencies.

@@antoninnjomo8772 I don't consider myself to be some kind of expert on this, but here is what I understand. The notes of a scale (when tuned to the correct solfeggio frequency) each affect a different chakra. Whereas the each different solfeggio frequency affects an individual chakra. Both methods bring about the same thing, but the is like a concentrated dose compared to a diluted one of the . I have found the to stimulate the chakras more effectively, but there isn't any real science behind it.

Out of curiosity..why did you want to listen to that specific frequency? Benefits are what?
@@purplemile2 you should really try it. I know I feel so good with it and seems to help release blocked energy... helps feeling connected to mother earth and the universe, I find. I love listening to it while sitting barefoot in nature. The more you listen to it the stronger you feel it. Took me a few days to really decide to sit down and feel it. Eyes closed brings even easier access to it but does vary. I read that some people will clearly notice it's effect if they listen daily for 14 to 28 days but that depends on each person.i started less then 28 days ago. Personally I would not choose any kind of 432hz music. I only listen to relaxing positive 432hz music.
How should I be listening to this, with earphones, out loud on my phone or with a small speaker? Also do I have to be sitting on the ground with my legs crossed or can I lay down?
It's always better to listen with good speakers or headphones. If you only have your phone speaker, then try with it. You can sit or lay down.
