Now this is pretty good knowledge on recovery facilities how would I know what type of recovery I would need when I did my 25 days in Florida inpatient treatment I noticed it was very young people between the age of 20 30

Hi Manny, that really depends on where you are in your recovery. For example, if you've been sober for a while, but you want to make sure you're solid in your recovery, I'd consider a recovery/half-way house. If you're actively using and needs some help to stop, I might consider a more intensive treatment center.
