I recently advised my sister to try this recipe and believe the result was amazing she was super happy after seeing the health benefits. I also feel the almonds and cashews could be half broken and also I feel we could add half oats powder and half whole roasted oats for that extra crunch and if you want to make it crunchier add a handful of rice crispies as well . Also see if it works well for you if you can also add anjeer( dried figs) . It'll make the binding better. About 10 pieces of anjeer along with the dates in the mixie I love the crackle the seeds of the figs make in the mouth

It’s too good and very healthy, rather than spending money after pizza and burgers we should invest on these nuts to live healthier!!
Perfect recipe as u was expecting only one question can we use oats without making it powder? Or you have a logic behind it

so that it binds the whole mixture and makes it thicker !! so we can shape it accordingly

The powder makes it nonsticky sir.rather than using oats as whole if we use powder it will reduce the stickiness of dates and will not stick to the paper and get to proper shape.

Nice recipe, my only concern is honey, it should never ever be cooked/heated. Money wise its heavy on the pocket but totally worth it!

For people saying the nuts are expensive: Use sunflower and or pumpkin seeds instead. There will be other seeds you can use too. They are high in protein and energy and micro nutrients. Toast the seeds in a lightly greased frying pan to make them taste nutty.
