Great game and very enjoyable to watch. Please keep it going as you're doing well with your talk through of thoughts and decision making processes. Well done that man; you can have a weekend pass.
Hi great videos, as always! p. 16, rule 17.1: All rail hexes (green or not) east of the Start Line start the game repaired. so the rail line that passes through Sudzha and Proletarskiy should be up and running, therefore your forces south of Sumy should be in supply without needing the emergency marker
I know everything I say is critical, but you certainly make the best videos of this kind on CZcams, but the Soviet stack in Sumy is out of supply. You have to trance from the rail line to Sumy (not the other way round as you did in the video) and the rule states the line cannot be traced into two adjacent hexes in enemy ZOC and both Sumy and the hex immediately to the SE are in ZOC. The rules about the emergency supply marker is ambiguous, but I shouldn't think that would let you trace into 2 enemy ZOC hexes either, so the units in Sumy will remain out of supply even once it is deployed.
Thanks for pointing that out. I've already filmed turn 4 so missed the opportunity to correct myself. Critical comments helps me and other players so keep them coming ;)
This game seems to me so fun! I know unconditional Surrender and Axis Empire: Totaler Krieg, but this game is probably the best of those 2! I was looking for the best ww2 strategy game, like HOI4 but then a board game. I think this one is the closest! What is your opinion of this game? And which ww2 strategy game do you like the most? These series are great! I was hesitating to ask why there is no part 4, but this is uploaded 8 days ago so this a recent series! Keep it up!
1:07:30 the hungarian division and the other unit moved south through EZOC bond, don't think that's legal; unless the artillery unit is alone, in that case it does not create an EZOC bond (white border unit, you need 2 of them in the same hex to create a bond)
Your new German reinforcement (the "bad boy" as you call it) is Grossdeutschland. I can't help observing that the Colonel in charge of its Panzer regiment at this time was named Hyaczinth von Stachwitz who was considered even more competent in that position than Peiper.
At 42:32 one of your disrupted counters is upside down. Not really against the rules per say. I just wanted to point it out. And don’t laugh. The last thing you want is to look down and think one of your units is petdnrsip. 🤪

Enjoyed your video. I think the mistakes you made help us understand the rules better when you discuss them.
Yes! Just finished the previous one last evening. Stay safe!

Oh good call. I'll have to re-read that set of rules. Thanks!
Awesome play through

Thanks - I suspect you are correct. Unfortunately I didn't see this until after turn 4 was mostly done filming. Thanks for catching it though!
@@CounterAttack We all learn together! Keep up with the videos, they are great!

Interesting. I now see it has "GD" for the id. The stats are interesting in how overpowered it is compared to the other German armored divisions.
@@CounterAttack At this time, it had a full battalion of Tigers.

Oh man... :D
59:16 german infantry moves through a zoc bond
I guess the other german infantry unit could move closer to disrupt enemy zoc bond to free him
@@axelnilsson5379 Ah good catch and good call. I'll use this error as an example in the next video. Thanks!
