- Join me and Sam as we immerse ourselves in a weekend at the iconic Goodwood Revival event. Our camera captures the eclectic array of experiences that unfold during this extraordinary weekend. As we stroll through the pre-'66 carpark, you'll witness my candid exploration of the unique and fascinating vehicles, and my genuine curiosity for the extraordinary finds. Goodwood Revival is a world of its own, and we're here to share it with you in this video
I have been following the Revival on CZcams for a few years now, nice to see it from a completely different angle.
Greetings from the Netherlands.
What a great video. Looks mint there. Good if you could do some more shows along with the fab stuff. 👌
Cracking review cheers
Glad you enjoyed it
Ref the Downton Mini, I had the privilege of competing on a Yorkshire Classic (historic road rally) in the late nineties with a chap who'd owned one from new! In fact he actually came down south from North Yorkshire to pick it up when new, never left his ownership and so far as I know he still owns it to this day. He also had a Black and Gold 'Simoniz' liveried SL mercedes rally car in his collection, but that's another story 😁.
Love your content, it's like a down to earth version of Retro power stuff, and I don't mean that in a deprecating sort of way. Keep it coming 👍
Thanks for watching 😃
Great place to visit thanks for taking us along 👍🏻🏴
Glad you enjoyed it
4:58 oof!! That looked an expensive shunt! 😢
I believe George Tooth was at Downtown Engineering and later was the main man at Richard Longmans, along with his son.
I'm pretty sure I spotted you looking at the EV's built by ECC.
While my dad and I were having a walk around before heading over to the track
In the early 60’s the mk1 mini also came in deluxe with opening rear windows, certainly in Ireland anyway as I remember seeing them and Coopers and Cooper S’s were a little like hens teeth over there. Great video by the way.
Interesting! Thanks for watching 😃
fyi, you can tell a Mk 1 mini original easily by the width of the rear window, that looks like a MK 2 ;-)
Great video - love your take on things except for the vintage Lea Francis! Bless it - you would have worried it at the concept of being transformed into something it is not…!!
Haven’t seen a pinball machine in an arcade for probably twenty years at least 😢
I know right? Hours of fun!!
Good to see you ticked it off the Revival....you've been missing out all these years. Next time though, have a go at dressing in period....it does actually increase the fun factor....
It obviously depends on your perspective. We had planned to, but it was 33° on Saturday. I went for max comfort, which allowed me to actually enjoy myself as much as possible 😃
@@FabCoUK ..to be fair....it was hot!....saw you guys walk past me on the Sun...but was too busy to say hi. Keep up the good work with the Princess ...and Jonny's Agro!
@FabCo UK great video! Where you a normal "paying" customer or did you have some type of invite? When I've looked on the website in the past for tickets, I've absolutely no idea which would be the better tickets to buy to make sure I have access to the right places.
Haha, we paid to get in. You want paddock tickets if you want to go everywhere, but you need to be a GW member to buy those. Regular admission tickets allow you to see 90% of everything
@@FabCoUK ok thanks, every year I end up missing out and watching the live stream, have to change that.
@@Franksey180 buy your tickets early. November time IIRC, you can sign up for release email on their website
Revival is Amazing, especially if you dress in period clothes
Hello mate what is progress on the princess and the allegro?hope all is well m8 😊
