    Bihari Kababs are not available in India in other cities. We have been to 18 states but never heard of it in any eateries. The reference was in context of India not any other country.

      Actually if I talk about history, it was first migrated to East pakistan (Bangladesh) by the immigrants , from East Pakistan it was then futher spread widely and accepted by Pakistanis and later on became a signature dish of Pakistan for its delicate and tender texture 😁

    It would not take less than a month to actually know about bihar food...

The egg rolls and chicken rolls from Patna r the best in the whole country. No Gibbs or Kolkata style t rolls can beat our rolls from Blue Moon.     Dear Anubhav Ji, May be even 10k hours or more will be less for the Bihari Food! WOW! I am not from Bihar but from the neighbouring State of West Bengal but during my early childhood days I spent some time in Bihar. But as Foodie I simply love Bihar Food, may be due to the Mustard Oil and the sweetness of the vegetables in both these States. Thank you for the show and take care.

    You are right when you say Bihari food is not popular, in Mumbai we have lakhs of Bihari living but I have yet to see a Bihari selling anything other than maybe jalebis or singh chana, murmura etc. I loved the way the kababs were made and the mutton dish was looking awesome, wish these foods become available in Mumbai.

    Fish, Egg roll, Paan all these available in Kolkata, west Bengal also. Also Food styles of Both Bengal and Bihar are almost same. Litti Chokha is unique in Bihar. But some Bihari brothers living in Kolkata also make and sell Litti Chokha in areas like Shobhabazar, and Garia........

      Because most of the street food in Calcutta like Puchka and Jhalmuri is made by Biharis and much of the mithai is made by or origin in Odissa. Including Chena poda and even Rasgulla are from Odisha

      @@prasoonkumarmondal3967 Yeah, Pitha, Malpua, Gaja, Phuchka, Murhi, Jhaal murhi, Bhaat, etc. many more are same as West Bengal. Actually Not whole Bihar but mostly South Bihar aka Ancient Magadh region has so much similarities with West Bengal, Assam, odia, Bangladesh.

      Exactly, even I was about to comment. Bihar is not north India, it's comes under Eastern part of our country that is why food habits are relatively different from northern part. In north people don't use mustard oil, but in bihar every thing is around mustard only ❤

    Bihari Kabab is very famous in Karachi Pakistan due to a large population of people of Bihar background. It is a delicacy and most famous kabab in Pakistan. Now Bihari Kabab has been bought from Karachi to all over the world in Pakistani restaurant like USA, Canada, UK, Japan etc.

    Anubavji I also used to live in Muzaffarpur in Aamgola during early seventies where my father used to work in erstwhile Burma_Shell __I studied at St Francis school, we enjoyed our stay eating fish, mango & lichi___ those happy go lucky days will never come back___ law & order was excellent

    🙏Namaste Anubhav jee, Awesome Non Veg food vlog on Patna .When u were interacting with Chaurasia Paan Dukaan after having Fish dishes .Chaurasia jee used a word regarding one of the features of Bangali Meetha Paan Pataa ..After hearing the word "Sitthee" you were amazed n quite anxious to know about the meaning of "Sheethee" .
    Actually it means the residual part of Paan ,Which remains unminced in our mouth .Rgds
