maida/all purpose flour- 1 tbsp

Made this and added a few cloves of garlic at the same time as I put the bay leaves! Also just did a splash of cream and half of the sugar. It turned out so good! ❤️

Who knew tomato soup is so easy? This is a delicious recipe. Just s few tweaks, like adding garlic and onion cos I love aromatics. I skipped the bay leaf but added oregano, to add that earthiness taste. So yummy! Thank you!

I made it today and it was delicious. I am not a butter fan so used half, and instead of cream used half and half. Turned out great. The soup in cans in the market is loaded with salt and I don't like it. Now I can make this with less salt and it is so yummy. Thanks for the recipe.

I used this exact recipe word for word. I made it as a valentine dinner for my mother. The whole thing served maybe half a bowl. It was extremely thick so make sure to add a lot of water, and add more seasoning when making the maida.

Love this recipe. I have to adjust it because I usually make a larger batch, 13 large Roma tomatoes 🍅 I use my Blendtech and don’t have much waste. Bay leaves from my backyard. I also don’t do cream, I just use almond milk. The flour gives it the thickness.

2:23 How brilliant! Use the the first tablespoon for scooping out the butter then the second one to remove butter from the first one then the first one again to remove the butter from the second one. Keep repeating this process until all the butter is gone from both the spoons!

Meera Bakshi nop. It blends well in the soup and form a nice creamy orangish colour
