Ingredients:
(For Kulcha)
- Yeast: 2 tsp
-Warm water: 1/4 cup
- Sugar: 1 tbsp
- Salt: 1 tsp
- Wheat Flour: 2 cups
- Butter : to cook
- Chopped coriander leaves: handful
- Piri piri masala- spoonful
(For matar ki chaat)
- Yellow peas: 1 cup (soaked overnight in water)
- Water: as required
- Chopped onions
