I stumbled on these videos by accident. I have to say that the sound quality, talent and musicianship is absolutely fantastic. This takes seeker sensitive to a whole new level. I have watched the video on why they do this and on some levels it makes sense but I believe they have fallen into the trap that says that if we can just get people in the door and get them to realize that we aren’t fanatics, then they might be open to the gospel. It doesn’t work that way. Jesus isn’t just something we add to our life. We forsake our old way of life and put our faith in him. The road is narrow that leads to salvation. If the world’s music can stay in our life, what else can stay?

I’m shocked by the negativity! How small must you be not realize that drawing in our souls with very likable music that already resonates with our heart and then connecting that experience to godliness isn’t an even higher spiritual accomplishment that merely joining hands in singing psalms? There’s value to elevation and praise of the divine directly if you are able, but how precious to draw others in and reach even more!

How to make a mega church:
preach something that appeals to the worldly. Everyone loves something that doesn’t test their faith. These songs don’t belong in worship.
Preach!!!! This is not a church but a social club!!!!
How can you praise Satan and the Lord Jesus Christ at the same time? Oh that’s right you can’t. Church is actually to worship God not men. But all these comments on all there videos are praising the band members and not God. Why because God ain’t in that church. So sad and sickening what has happened to so many churches. Rather be popular than tell the truth.
