Ingredients
3-4 lbs chuck pot roast
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1/2 cup AP flour
6 celery sticks
Baby carrots
8-10 baby red potatoes
1 small white onion
2 chopped garlic cloves
Fresh thyme
1 1/2 tsp dried thyme
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt I used 1 tbsp
Black pepper I used 2 tsp
