EASY LEMON BUTTER CHICKEN with POTATOES RECIPE

Today I’m going to be sharing with you how to make my easy and delicious lemon butter chicken with potatoes now let me tell you this recipe is perfect for any day! I love my chicken to be juicy, I don’t like it over cooked so for me my way it’s just perfect! If you a dark meat lover, try this recipe with chicken thighs it’s even more delicious!

Tip : after the potatoes are done. You can slice the chicken into slices and throw it back to the mix to get the best flavor!
Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs chicken breast or thighs
4 small potatoes
Butter
Olive oil
McCormick Perfect Pinch Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning
Or:
2 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp chile powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp lemon & black pepper
For the lemon butter sauce:
5-10 minced garlic cloves
1/4 c lemon juice (2 lemons)
1/4 c chicken broth or water mixed with 2 tsp chicken bouillon
1/4 c olive oil
Salt if needed
1 serving of love 💕

I made this last night and im sitting here eating the leftovers for lunch. This was hella good and i just wanted to say thank you for the recipe. I had taken out some thighs to thaw out yesterday morning and had no idea what i was going to cook. This recipe was right on time.
More sauce, and on the rice! That's the only thing I can add as someone who grew up on rice and "grease gravy"! Everything else looks wonderful the asparagus made my mouth water

I just wanted to tell you I went to my local Walmart to get the McCormick spice and guess which flavor they were sod out of? The rotisserie chicken! I'm convinced it's the Claudia Effect! I'll try it with your substitution blend 🤞
It's actually discontinued. Amazon has it but only by the case.
@@cjo7277 hmm, I actually found it in my local grocery store. Either way, I tried the recipe with the mix in the recipe and it was really good too.
