  • GP800 is installed with Dr.Pulley HiT251901 with SP2519 & SR2519 in 18 gram.
    HiT251901(pillow degree 60) and with spring combinations as below,
    1)clutch spring of SP1832565105-RD-12.5kg pillow spring of SP2032365103-YL-20kg
    --- initial engaging at around 3000 rpm and fully engaged at around 4500 rpm,
    ( smooth acceleration with most comfortable riding )
    2)clutch spring of SP1832565105-RD-12.5kg pillow spring of SP1832565105-RD-12.5kg
    --- initial engaging at around3000 rpm and fully engaged at around 3500 rpm
    (good acceleration with comfortable riding )
    3)clutch spring of SCG2032007108-BL-12kg pillow spring of SP1632007095-BK10kg
    --- initial engaging at around 3000/3200 rpm and fully engaged at around3800 rpm
    (powerful acceleration continuously created from take-off to top speed and the
    throttle response is very instant)

    hmm, you should let somebody else do the job. you put the variator in the wrong position. you put it right, in the first place, then you took it out (all the sliders have fallen). i think that it will heat up.
