Mine got bored 0.5 over stock. I did the sand paper on old pistons and mine are close but are not touching with the full setup on. Should I go more? Is it only if they are touching?

hi good video .my 2000 lrv seadoo 951 has sludge like grease on those valve .is that normal ?
