Processing bluefin tuna

Caught on the Old Glory on 7/27/23. Tough day of fishing. Here’s the 35-40 pounder that I processed at home. Scraped all the poke meat off carcass and saved the collars. Thank you Reel Warriors Foundation, The Ranch in Julian, Broken Yolk and the Old Glory out of H&M Landing
