Thanks guys, I find no fault in how you structure your videos. One day, the company will out grow where it's currently at and change will have to come. But that will be the sign of success and accomplishment. When that time comes we'll just have to suck it up and understand with growth and success, come more responsibility. I believe most of us out here believe much success is in Vims future.
I shop your site both mobile and desktop. I haaaaaaate both versions and understand work is being put into the desktop version. One of my main gripes of the site is the pictures are pretty balls.

I have the 4 pc file set and I like the tool roll, but it would be better with a longer flap with Velcro to close securely.
Myself and most blue collar working people watch your videos 100% from mobile phones after hours and most mechanics don’t own computers, just cell phones. I enjoy watching CZcams in my recliner when there is nothing interesting on TV.
I think the file bag is ok if anything make the flap at the top longer so you can flop it over and roll it up like a wrench roll pouch. Files aren’t something you want rolling around or banging into each other or other tools imho

I would like to try some of your products but I just can't do the green color. I understand that offering different color choices would significantly add to the price, but my OCD will not let me buy green tools.

I personally prefer the longer videos. But i get why some people like shorter. As for website use, i don't have a desktop so i only use mobile version of the site.

I watch 99% on my mobile phone. Always moving and doing stuff. I would like to see your sockets tested against snapon, same for wrenches. I have a Samsung phone . Samsung isn't a home appliance brand that's great.
Phone sucks for searching tools, I mean if I want to check something really quick but it’s a pain to move the screen around, enlarge and swipe left and right….desktop is king for seeing more! Format on big screen os so much better. So I must be the “1%” that would say desktop 😂
I usually use my phone to view the website, but I sometimes I have had to use my laptop because the layout is easier to navigate

7:10.. Mobile...pretty much everyone is Mobile...Samsung Galaxy Tab S FE 5g..or my Samsung Galaxy S22 phone...I'm thinking hardly anyone uses their desktop anymore

Your IT guy should be able to tell you how people are viewing your sight easily.
Yeah, you should be able to run analytics fairly easy. Our website covers EVERYTHING, time of day, time on each page, probably 30 or 40 different things. But our guys have been running our page for 22 or 23 years.
I watch and shop on the website on my mobile phone, maybe an app in the future?

Mobile version of the website is not great. Doesn’t navigate well. It’s often difficult to find items without a part number. Plus, trying to navigate for individual part numbers from a set isn’t great either.

Why are all of your tools that are sold on your website always 20% to 30% more than everywhere else? I'd really like to order directly from vim, but it's hard to want to do so when the markup is so much compared to the price everywhere else. I feel like they should be the cheapest directly from vim, but that's not the case for literally every tool you sell. Also, any chance you'll be incorporating the phenomenal backdrag of your vim ratchets into a roto head vim ratchet in the near future?

If you guys need help with showing tools off and keep the Tool Tuesday vibe going maybe implement customer videos, showing tools not shown yet or some you feel don’t need a whole episode for, just a mention within the same tool category. Seems like it would help a bit with showing inventory without clutter on the table
Also mobile shopping from the website, fastest n easiest way to show my tool dealer. I enjoy longer videos i feel enough is said but y’all enjoy doing it n want to show more but ultimately can’t. Understandable but length doesn’t matter as long as the delivery is key, hasn’t missed yet. Fuck the haters they’re always gonna be here just crying because they can, keep being strong we look forward to this🦾
