Her pride was hurt. She prioritized debating with Fraser on how to make a margarita instead of making the margarita?? She was clearly frustrated with herself for serving the drinks late and unfortunately took her frustration out on Fraser, even though he was only doing his job.
Getting upset at him is only proving his point though. He wouldn't be doing his job, if he wasn't making sure everyone was on the same page. She's also not there to feel appreciated, she's there to complete a job.
