I think the options in the UK are a lot better compared to the US in terms of supporting Palestine. At least there are political parties in the UK that want to call for a ceasefire and recognition of Palestine as a country. Mostly from smaller parties like the Lib-Dems, the Greens, workers party etc. But the negative side of this is you would also effectively be voting for LGBT
