I'm sorry, I watched one dude with a razor break down tires and then watched 4 guys, a forklift and a machine.... That dude with the sharp blade, incredible!
@johnvalencia7488 - I think those videos are from Pakistan, a country whose language apparently doesn't even have a word for safety. It's a wonder that any of these Pakistani workers still have all their fingers and toes.
The bander is our friend,The bander is our buddy. This should be repeated 20 times on the way to work everyday. Remember grasshopper. The bander is our friend. Whoever sharpened barefoot dudes tool needs a raise.
I spent many hours at a tire-burning plant in Patterson, CA. It was unable to operate at a profit because of all the scrubbers and settling ponds that were required to make the exhaust somewhat breathable. It only had a 25 megawatt turbine and the plant was massive. It failed. Later the tire pit somehow caught fire. It burned for several years.
The metal in the tires can form giant "bird nests" in the boiler. We have coal boilers too, its easier to burn coal. From a chemical point of view its a fairly good fuel for larger boilers. In our country tires typically are used as material in some parts (soft floor in playgrounds) and the cement industri. Cement require fuel with a high energy value, its a suitable fuel for that process.
Super job with the tires, reusing them like that. It is a shame that we can not recycle old tires into new tires. Maybe someday that will change. 💙 T.E.N.
Descalzos trabajan
In credible cutting tools machine. Thanks for sharing your videos. I subscribed your CZcams channel to support your videos. Greetings from Canada thanks
These people are hard working, and there are only a few that could do what they do with little tools. There are very few, or if any that would do it without the great machines
i use a log splitter and a knife in the sweet spot of the sidewall. it cuts a lot easier than youd think, provided the knife doesnt get pinched in the work peice. log splitter for shearing hand size slabs.
I'm glad you highlighted the proper and improper methods available for recycling. Technology and carbon fuel powered devices are what brought us to the brink of climate disaster. The only sustainable methods aren't more energy and materials intensive, but less. The man with the knife is not only energy neutral, but human labor dependant, which is exactly what is needed for a society that supports itself. Unfortunately, manufacturing and mineral extraction have moved far far beyond redemption as far as the environment goes. We are well past the tipping point. It only gets worse from here.
Very impressive machines and People !.. That barefoot guy with a blade so sharp it would cut his foot off before he could feel it ! Please, what is the music playing from approx. the 9:20 mark to the end of the video ? 🙂 Oops, never mind, I saw the video mention here..
It doesn't make sense to me either - what's the point of working if you can't even afford a pair of shoes? The crazy part is that India manufactures many affordable products for it's own citizens, including shoes. I think worker safety is also a non-existent concept over there 🙄🥴
amazing how slow these machines are. 4 guys on one machine to move a tire seems incredibly inefficient. The guy with the manual tool and working barefoot on the floor got more done in less time
Are shoes very expensive in India? Because whenever I see videos of people working, they are barefoot or wearing sandals. Aren't there safety regulations at work? Greetings
One guy working all day doing 3 different operations The machine costs lots of money so someone is charging a lot to recycle the tires or the recycled rubber is worth a fortune. It doesn't look like a cheap operation especially if one man has to handle every tire so often.
This may be a viable operation where labor is low, energy is high, and environmental standards are lax...I read somewhere that US concrete industries literally burned a quarter of all waste tires generated in the US in 2017 for energy; reminds me of the ads by a concrete company claiming they've found a way to sequester CO2 in their products..I wonder if they're burning tires to keep the lights on :)
The guy with the blade slicing a tire was actually the most impressive thing so far. That knife if damn sharp as hell.
Hope these workers count their toes at the end of work day!!
I'm sorry, I watched one dude with a razor break down tires and then watched 4 guys, a forklift and a machine.... That dude with the sharp blade, incredible!
He was most definitely the baddest ass machine
Cool safety footwear
Wonder if he's still got all his toes.
❤❤❤allah❤❤
Bet he won’t do that with a radial tire
That one sharp tool the kid with no shoes is using
The Davis Manjali clip. That is one incredibly sharp knife !
It makes many power tools look silly ..
It's a wonder that guy still has all his toes!
Always love videos from India. They never use any safety equipment or shoes. Has to be the most unsafe-unregulated country in the world.

when did any recycling take place?????
When will your brain start working

F***n right.
he sharpens it between each cut with that emery he has handily placed nearby.
he gets more done than some of those cumbersome power tools , except for the shredder
@@oldfart5063 - perhaps so, but at extreme risk to himself.
Tires don’t need to be “recycled”. They can be burned just like coal. In fact, they produce less emissions than coal. They’re a perfect fuel.

Great compilation from different worlds.
3:52 ... unreal, barefoot, that dude is a savage ! Sketchy but you don't do that if you are not 100 percent on top of your skills.
Descalzos trabajan
Looks easy to get caught up in and dragged into the machinery.

Me: well cutting plastic to go on my cold frame went rather well.
Guy @ 4:18 Hold my beer!
Amazing to see all the different ways of cutting up tires!
great ideas sorting tyres out well done
Today Sanjeev Sharma steals gift cards over the phone in a call center.
Operated the same darn baler daily for 27 years lol.
Just like old times.
You know I've used the exact same baler myself
Those tires have a lot of tread.
A lot more than the tires on my car
Can I have those please 🥺
Nice 👍❤️❤️❤️

Kid in Pakistan with the knife is the most eco friendly.
Maybe…but that job would suck.

If the tyres were laced (interlocked), you would get much more in a bundle.
1:50 looks brand new
I bet at that speed they could cut up two or even three tires a day. The poor guy squatting in the sand could cut up, say, twenty or thirty.😅
Build an Earthship with those tires!
When it squeezed the tyres, my reptilian mind expected to see some juice squeezed out then i realized its tyres dammit!
Nice work 👍
A compactor. I used one of those at the grocery store for cardboard
Good 👍
Was that surgical Steel ...and that rock he used ....wow
bom vídeo.
Is good video 😁👍
The machine at 2:19 is like a large can opener
Seem very labor intensive
Wonderful
Yeah, that dude with the sharp T-headed knife is impressive!
@maxenielsen - Even more impressive is that dude with the sharp T-headed knife still has all his fingers and toes.
That is a scary sharp blade at 3:53----6:11
Proses yang hebat

Health and safety at its finest
So... Nobody from upstairs can use that thing, but me!?
Can we get a how those tire knives are made video? 😮
Veyos bideos
The kid in bare feet was faster than some machinery
Aja las hacen cachitos y luego.???.
How is this recycling? It is just compacting or schredding.
they're just prepping it for easier transport
Shoes must be very expensive over there in India because nobody wears them.

Y luego que hacen con los pedazos?
6:11 Czech Republic 👍😉
Nice video
2:56 The design is very human
Seeing how sharp that razor is to cut the tire . . . Imaging what it would do to his foot if it ever slipped!
Looks like the expensive green machine at the end would have a hard time keeping up with the barefooted worker with the sharp knife!
2:32 This is the Workman’s Comp 1000.
amazing how slow these machines are. 4 guys on one machine to move a tire seems incredibly inefficient. The guy with the manual tool and working barefoot on the floor got more done in less time
You don't show where the tire debris is actually going. Is it being burned or buried? But still, this is a video everyone should watch.
Environment ❤️❤️❤️
What do you mean
Wow, takes 4 people to do a 1 person job.
Davis Manjali 😍😍
Where did Frankie’s arm go..I think it is in the blue tyre machine
That’s a helluva chisel at 4:15 and 5.18
Pretty good don't see any toes missing
i wouldn't describe them as ham fisted or clumsy for sure.
Sir is machine ka price kya hai
Z opon gdzie jest dobry bieżnik to jeszcze klapki zrobią

The last guy doning the tires if it were me I would ware gloves those tires are very infectious just touching a dirty steel belt

Keep your hands outta that one!!

I don't think this would work with steel-belted radials
log splitter does
@@hardrays question àaa
Cating machine ka price

Very true!!!
Both!!!!
That one machine costs over $100,000
This may be a viable operation where labor is low, energy is high, and environmental standards are lax...I read somewhere that US concrete industries literally burned a quarter of all waste tires generated in the US in 2017 for energy; reminds me of the ads by a concrete company claiming they've found a way to sequester CO2 in their products..I wonder if they're burning tires to keep the lights on :)
sharp
3:00 mark OSHA would have a field day with all the safety violations!!
4 people standing around 1 slow machine
Safety first
The first cutting machine is green so.. Roronoa Zoro - The cutting machine
this isn't cutting anything
This compresses tires into a cube and allows operator to band the cube
exactly same as plastic wrap compactor
Bagus
Well this isn't so much recycling as just the cutting up part.
