- In this video I finally got to harvest my peanuts, get them cured and roasted 2 ways. First in the oven and second in a pan. If you like a salty peanut pan roasted with a touch of oil worked best for me but if you are looking for long term preservation its probably best to leave them in the shell and roast in the oven.

I never missed one video of yours, the food you made for your family looks very delicious and healthy, you are blessed to have an extraordinary talent, thanks for sharing your life with us
From my homestead to yours... Cheers! I like mine boiled because I can make them salty and spicy and they can be canned for longer storage but they don't last very long because we eat them up. They are a great nitrogen fixer in the soil for crop rotation planning and they are a legume so they are full of protein and can replace other legumes when meal planning. They make great addition to soups and curries.
Cool video,thanks.
Perhaps you could vacuum seal them with brine?...might have to shut it off before it cracks shells?
Awesome video. You answered all my questions & more. Thanks for posting
Boil them in salt water.
Thank you
Do you have to brine them?
Maybe a spray bottle for the oil?
To me they look like they could have been in soil for at least one more month.
