I stumbled across your channel and I love that you exalt our Lord in your channel. That being said I have one criticism that I must say. I wish you would spend more time on the details especially in the kitchen. Open cabinets. Indicate and show the numbers of dishwashers, trash compactors etc. I feel like I’m being rushed through the house and not getting the details.

I think the only thing i dislike about the property which i've noticed with alot of newer home's is that your neighbor's can literally see over your fence kinda defeat's the purpose of having one other then that beautiful house

Indeed , its called California Investor mindset. Neighborhood is below $500k range and here a stunning beautiful glorious $1.6 Large in the middle.
It's a great house, but the builders still insisting in using ugly grey floors throughout the house...its a pity !
We all have sinned, and have broken God’s law (The Ten Commandments). Wrong doing deserves justice and must be punished (just like how a criminal has to pay for the crime they have committed) but God saved us from the eternal punishment of our sins by sending His Son Jesus Christ to pay the penalty for us, so that we may have everlasting life. The house is nice, no question about it but it will not sell anywhere close to the asking when the houses on the same block are value between $250-400K

From the outside the house looks super modern. Inside, despite many advantages, there are many minor shortcomings. They are especially visible when there is no furniture or other designer decorations. Why such an ugly door from the master bedroom to the backyard? Why do you need a glass door in a pentry? Very narrow corridors on the second floor, strange - because the area is huge.
That section under the stairs is weird as hell and that shower tube combo with the fireplace is a huge miss for me as far as that design setup ... ijs smh other features of the house are good though

WOW, this is an absolutely gorgeous custom house! I’m very new here to this channel and I just had a few things I would’ve changed about it though… This gentleman here giving the tour seems like a genuinely kind man and he shows that he wants to offer all the help he can give to those in the house buying phase of their lives but giving all the information he wanted to pass along while showing the house to me came off a bit distracting and not really giving the house justice bc we’re not being told about each space as he’s showing it. I feel that information could’ve been saved until the end of the video maybe? But on the house itself…the space in the front of the home just passed the bar right before you enter the great room is kinda odd to me, it sort of looks like dead space. Idk if you could maybe put a formal sitting area there with a few chairs but it almost makes the great room look rather small considering the large amount of space offered in this area of the home. What I’m getting to here is that it looks like they could’ve made the great room larger than what it currently is now with that dead space just sitting there not in use. Now I know this house isn’t completely staged so maybe this is a dedicated space for something we’re just not seeing and if that is the case then they should’ve shown what this space is to be used for so there’s no confusion. I didn’t quite understand the “landscape” windows above the beds that were placed off to the side of the bed that were in a couple of the bedrooms. That looked weird to me..maybe they could’ve been directly above the bed or not even there at all. But overall, this was an exquisite house and I quite enjoyed watching the tour! Thank you so much for sharing it!
