Part 1 of Ep 1: Safety Check
CHECK YOUR SKATES 💥 I didn’t go over this too in depth as I’m planning a separate tutorial for it, but 1st reset your axle action nuts then set them to your desire. 2nd, check all wheels and adjust wheel nut as needed. There should not be more than a tiny click when pulling the wheel upwards to the sky. 3rd, check your toe stop or jam plug and your laces if need be.
Part 2 Ep 1: Falling/Getting Up
I have a detailed tutorial on How to Safely Fall already on my page that I advise you to check out after this tutorial. In Ep 1, we learned how to stand up on skates in 5 steps!
Part 3 Ep 1: Safety Position
When in doubt, bend the knees and arms out 😉
Part 4 Ep 1: Forwards Marching Steps
If your toes aren’t pointed outwards, you won’t go forwards
Part 5 Ep: How to avoid Toe Stepping and how to T-Take Off
