Bathroom smelled like a rich person’s 💩 I’ll pass.
Where is the bathtub? You didn’t show any. If I’m paying $17m, there has to be one in the place…
I love it
Still with Tesla stock, investors can never be sure what will happen next, bearish periods ultimately establish a new set of stocks to buy and watch while setting the stage for a robust new uptrend. I have been reading articles of people that grossed profits up to $250k during this crash, what are the best stocks to buy now or put on a watchlist?
Find stocks with market-beating yields and shares that at least keep pace with the market for a long term. For a successful long-term strategy I recommend you seek the guidance a broker or financial advisor.
Yes, I've been in constant touch with a Financial Analyst for approximately 8 months. You know, these days it's really easy to buy into trending stocks, but the task is determining when to sell or keep. That's where my manager comes in, to help me with entry and exit points in the industries I'm engaged in. Can’t say I regret it, I’m 40% up in profits just in 5months with my initial capital of $160k.
@LucaHolloway- One of the fiduciaries I deal with is Alicia Ann Jordan. Just check the name. There would be a letter with the necessary information to set up an appointment.

At 6.06 - A sound-powered telephone is a communication device that allows users to talk to each other without the use of external power. This technology has been used since at least 1944 for both routine and emergency communication on ships and submarines.
very cool
Very cool! I’m sure the twins can use it to speak to one another 😂
The essential thing that everyone should be thinking about right now is investing in non-government sources of income. Especially in light of the current global economic crisis. It is still a wonderful moment to invest in gold, silver, digital money, and stocks.
My portfolio has good companies, however it has been stalling this year. I’ve approximately $700k stagnant in my reserve that needs growth, any suggestions to grow my portfolio will be highly appreciated.

Very true , I diversified my $400K portfolio across multiple market with the aid of an investment advisor, I have been able to generate over $900k in net profit across high dividend yield stocks, ETF and bonds in few months.
@@matheuspinto118 that's impressive!, I could really use the expertise of this advisors , my portfolio has been down bad....who’s the person guiding you.
@@Zanrowe795 Sure, the investment-advisor that guides me is Laura Marie Ray, she popular and has quite a following, so it shouldn't be a hassle to find her, just search her
I love the buildings you're shooting now, and I love the trips you've shot, especially the Norway video, it's very inspiring.

Just watched your day in the life where you said you wanna be more you while doing tours… I believe you did this tour that same day and your character is noticeable in this one. Amazing work man keep up on the grind you are a motivation.
My take for that thing at 6:00 is a military communication device, probably found in a submarine. On US military subs, orders given by the captain of the ship via the standard/modern communication technology has to be repeated by the executive officer (XO) but via a different communications' channel (in case the primary was compromised). The secondary channel uses much older technology and the equipment used looks like it was made in the 50s. Something unique about those is that they require no power so the ship could be completely in the dark and those would still work.
What might be on the wall is one of those lower technology communication device used on a Russian submarine.
Edit: You can see those things in the movie Crimson Tide; one of the best submarine movie ever made.
What a wonderful apartment, layout and space-wise plus the furnishings/decoration/art ! As always, love your presentation, Erik. You're the best! Among the various furniture choices, I really like the bar stools. They'd fit perfectly in my little 750 sq.ft. apartment. I also would love to have the "telephone" steampunk art piece. That style of art is a fun conversation piece.
Hope your search for new assistants is going well. I've been praying that just the right agreeable, experienced, and creative people apply.
That was an awesome tour! Thank you for not skipping the toilets. I appreciate that. I mean, even billionaires need them! 😆 What a gorgeous place. I’m glad you finally got to see what’s inside!
probably one of my most favorite apartment tour ever. Totally fits my style. if i have 17 mil i'll buy it in a heartbeat. great video

Thanks for sharing, Eric! Amazing structure and breathtaking views😊
7:35 I think is a hidden slender room that extends behind the TV and has a blacked out window. The library should actually have three windows, but there are only two because the third one is in that hidden room. Perfect for a large safe to house Bitcoin keys and/or a server room. It's just below an electrical room above, so probably it's easy to get big infrastructure into there for server hosting. I think I could hear the noise levels increase slightly as you opened the door, so probably it is a server room with cooling fans.
probably just christian bale with a chainsaw behind there
Nice scoop my dood. I really love the architecture of the building to the left.

No Sunday would be complete without a luxury tour from Erick the prince of real estate Conover👏🏾🥰👏🏾
Great PH, the one next door looks great as well, great vid.
Thank you for sharing this with us, it is an amazing loft. Admittedly, I'm more of a townhouse guy, but this is definitely a nice space.
Awesome job Erik.
Shout out from a Scot living in London, who used to live 7th & Av C in Manhattan. Miss the place, these videos are great content, perfect Sunday afternoon nostaglia.
Nice one Jim
Video production on these videos is amazing!
Now this is what I call an apartment!
It has style and character, interesting and unique furniture, high ceilings and colour. It’s so much better that the 45 million dollar penthouse.
The penthouse is exquisitely designed and decorated. The living fireplace is EVERYTHING (fireplaces are always romantic and cozy) the sofa goes on for days LOL. The floor plan flows well, there is lots of light and airiness. It's just lovely with simplicity and flare. Thanks, Erik, for the how the billionaire's live tour, it was fun, and we want a pair of those Bitcoin sneakers!
Except for the animal skin rugs(I’m not anti-animal skin, they just don’t work IMO), the shelves in the BR and the stupid MIB chair I really like the way it’s decorated. The dining table(tables?) are amazing. Love the kitchen stools too. The suede walls are a great touch.
Times are tough when bitcoin crashes 70% and the Winklevoss twins are selling their NY loft 😂
Margin call.
Ah no, that would be to sell and take advantage of the Bitcoin bear market! Best time to sell your soul or whatever you own and flip into Bitcoin would be right about now! Real estate high, BTC low it’s a no brainer. You guys have 2 years before the next halving people!
@Domehou yep! I took out a heloc (I have two kids so I couldn’t downgrade 😂). But I did that, I sold my car, and I’m doing everything I can. I’m getting my money from the heloc soon so I’m hoping that it stays low or it goes lower by the time my fiat finally lands the bank 😂🙏🏼. I wish I had been this bullish when I first heard of Bitcoin at $10 per coin, or even when we started buying at $2k per coin. It’s funny but it took me a while to finally understand it to its entirety and there I was, buying like laughing and giggling all the way to 60k and back down to now where I said “hell, let’s take out a heloc pronto!” 🤣🤣💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻
Cheers and all the best my fellow bitcoiner!!
wow!!!this apartment is an artwork!! love it!
Great video as always Erik. Would love to see a video regarding parking and what options are available in New York for it
There are none for this building. You'll have to use a 24 hour garage near by.
Thanks for this!!! I’m looking to live in a place like this. Am working towards it right now...
Hansome Guy, Great Video! Going to get Your Jacket this fall. Got a Joe Rocket Black jacket w red and grey stripes on arms, and across the chest. Everything is better in Leather!
This is place unreal - the open concept is 🔥
Wow The way the dinning table is set up is amazing! Ive been looking for a table that will sit 15-20 people because my space is so big but Im kind of coocky and don't want a large boring table, This is actually a great idea!
Man the music completely complements the video tour. 10/10 music choice. 🔥🔥🔥
Another house that looks less like a museum and more like a place you can move into. If this is the owner's furniture and décor than the guy has some serious style.
Yeah the architect must be very good at his job
Probably hired a home designer.
Erik's videos are a breath of fresh air.
Love the space, love the structure; didn’t like some of the things in the living and den area, but everyone’s taste is different. Great video anyway!
This place is amazing! Excellent use of the space!
Ah yes, the Winklevii
Yup!
Great video and what a loft. Didn’t think i would ever want to live in a loft until I saw this one.
Ohhhh that kitchen! Not to mention that wall length fireplace! Nice.
This place is huge! Not just beautiful but also practical
thanks for sharing
Good videos! Subbed!
Love this
I love it. Especially with all the terraces.
It’s gorgeous for sure, I do think it’s interesting that for 17M there’s not a dedicated workout room. I hope all the custom furniture conveys in the sale it’s absolutely gorgeous especially that dining table.
Well it has the space. Maybe convert one of those unfinished terraces to an outdoor gym
@@tyrellcobb4665 had the same thought about the outdoor spaces...
Doesn't matter to a billionaire.
Maybe there's some shared amenities for all the tenants?
Or private pool
The Winklevoss twins really made it! Good for them! That's a beautiful penthouse.👌🏻
Northeastern Alum myself - awesome job with the tour. I'm with some others in the guess it's a panic room or a vault behind the door that you were not allowed to film inside of.
8:00 nice erg! Strangely, I have always hoped to see an erg in the gym of these mansions. This one though is in the bedroom, totally unexpectedly. Nice.
Any chance you know the material on the fireplace wall? Custom painted plaster? Very unique and completely makes the room.
As a real estate agent of luxury estate in Czech Republic I must say, that your videos are amazing! Thank you for letting us see such an ordinary stuff. It keeps me motivated.
Ordinary stuff?
@@Maximax1091 He probably meant extraordinary
I’m less intrigued with who owns the penthouse than with who *decorated* the penthouse! The use of a variety of beautiful natural stone and wood for the walls combined with the deft touches of metal was truly masterful. With each design element, there was neither over-kill nor under-use - which reflects a mature and intelligent sensibility.
It’s so rare to see a bright, airy, modern space that conveys a sense of warmth and comfort - yet it was achieved here. I noted that warmth was conveyed not through gold or yellows, but through taupe-ish tones, soft browns and creamy whites. The deeply tufted velvet couch, thick cushioned leather counter stools and an abundance of animal hides spoke of luxury and wealth. Quite brilliantly achieved - indeed, the result equals mote than the sum of its parts. Kudos to both decorator and owner.
The location is INSANE!!!! Wow!!!

In three weeks I’ll visit NYC for the very first time. Can’t tell you how excited I am..
other than central park, i can tell you that a lot of the ultra-touristy stuff (times square, empire state building, statue of liberty etc) are not worth the running around you have to do to see them all. the quieter neighborhoods of new york are where you find true beauty, the best places to eat and drink, and the most interesting communities of people. take it slow and dont try and see the entire city in one trip. its impossible
I loved this house and it was funny when you smelled fragrance in the toilet.
I love how obvious you make it who it is. The row machine 😂😂😂
I loved how you showed how BIG it was in the living room for perspective. ;-) And, the room and couch were big too! :-D Hahaha!! Just ah joke. Had ta do it. :-)
I dont know about yall but i want to see more cabin tours by erik those were my favorite
More coming soon!
Behind the door is a safe that holds partial keys to multi-sig wallet of all their bitcoins. The other keys are in the other winklevii apartment in Singapore 🇸🇬 (totally speculating).
It's probably another "powder" room, if you know what I mean.
@@tyrellcobb4665 the white room?
The terraces itself will sell the place. Having the top terrace empty can excite a persons possibilities to where they may want to take it on.
I'm still wondering what that fragrance was in that powder room that you thought was so great. What is it?
I'm fascinated that in 2022 they are still calling toilets "powder rooms".
There is a Santal 26 candle in there and byredo suede hand wash so that would probably be the nice smell
Did you ever find out what the great scent of the bathroom is? Awesome video!
I like how he spent three seconds to show off an "insinkerator". Something super special I guess.
