I am now a proud British citizen but I grew up in Bangladesh where we used to listen to Cliff at our home. I am 53 years old now. My father and uncle were his greatest fans. Our parents always told us that Cliff had the best voice in the world and I still believe that to be true.
My mum passed away 3 years ago today to alzheimers and she was one of Cliff's biggest fans. Makes me smile watching this, and seeing that Cliff still has it. Mums last few months, it was only Cliff's songs which brought out her usual character. Her memory might have been gone, but she knew every song word for word somehow. Amazing! RIP Mum 🙏

This is the only lockdown celebrity collaboration I’ve watched and it was lovely! No narcissistic posturing, just heaps of unpretentious fun. Cliff is so endearing, and still has such a great voice.

Cliff still out classes Gary his voice is still superior even at his age. Cliff is world class and.it shows.
Cliff is truly amazing but the Man benefits from the natural reverb of the big room he is singing in and from a certain distance from the microphone, having him more mixed into the music, while Gary sings closer to his phone and without effects "dry", therefore his voice is standing out too much and this is why it makes him sound a little off. Moreover, it is not Gary's song, Let's try it the other way ;)

How great does Cliff look? 80 in October! I freely admit that Cliff has been my all time favourite singer since he recorded Living Doll with the Young Ones in 1986. I was 8 years old. He is still my favourite ( along with Freddie Mercury) and I’m now 43. Keep going Cliff!!

Give credit where its due guys, I don't think people realise what a feat this kind of musical recording is. It saddens me to see criticism or mocking at this time when someone is kind enough to reach out to us in this horrendous time in history. Gary is awesome throughout, and he caught some great harmonies, kudos to them both, great energy. Also they are all doing this out the kindness of their hearts to cheer us up. I personally am very grateful and I would like to thank Gary for all his efforts to keep us cheerful during this strange time, I'd also like to thank him on behalf of all the people who also undoubtedly enjoyed this but instead of expressing their gratitude, made what they thought were clever whitty comments instead. Gary has a fantastic voice and so does Cliff. This was a joy to watch. Much love to you all , yes ALL of you, even the mean spirited people, coz I know all you really need is a big hug and a little cry and then you'd find it easier to just say thank you when it is what you feel, I hope you all get lots of love and hugs and appreciation soon my friends, remember that you do deserve it. Great music in troubled times, thanks so much fellas. My sister, hubby and I have gone to every Cliff concert in Melbourne, Australia, and every time we hope it’s not his last tour down under. Fond memories of Help, Hope and Hallelujah at Festival Hall, Melbourne back in 1978. Looking forward to your next tour ❤️❤️

Got to admire CR, he has done alot for charities and from his own well earned monies, and sacrificed alot in his life to entertain people (and that means romance, marriage etc).
