@@Maangchi Hey, do you have any substitutes for the sesame oil? My mom is allergic but there are a lot of things we like that have sesame oil in it, I don't know what a good substitute would be
@@InuInugami grape seed oil or walnut oil might be acceptable subs but can’t vouch for them myself. That’s too bad about her allergy to sesame seeds- it’s quite a unique and indispensable flavor used throughout Korean cooking.

@@juliethompson340 Yes, you can use flour instead of potato starch. I add some potato starch to make the noodles chewier, but it's perfectly fine to skip it.

@@InuInugami Maybe try scallion (or spring onion? Green onion) oil? It has great aroma too!
@@InuInugami I chopped a few garlic cloves and fried in some oil and used the garlic oil on many dishes, my sons don’t like sesame oil.
