I find it amazing the joy and inspiration people have from their work. Something as simple as noodles and this gentleman treats it as serious as a heart surging would. I honestly thought this day and age, people use machines to make noodles. Its refreshing seeing someone take pleasure in handmaking their own meal such as this.
The slow motion bring it to ecstasy for the eyes...amazing craftsmanship....💗
He embodies the Japanese culture and spirit, dedicating their lives to the perfection of anything that it is they are doing, they are such an amazing people. Much respect and admiration from California!

Bon appetite has a similar video with same chef
No it's from another channel, another video but same master
Bon appetite did the same thing before and it was the same guy
I realize now that it's not just food, the person who makes it puts their heart in it,
That's what makes it so good. It's just like art, you make your own version of a recipe and try to bring people together around it.
He is a true chef !!! That love he has for what he does is amazing. And whoever shot this video did an amazing job

This is most awesome the art of Noodles👍🏼
I honestly love how passionate Japanese people feel about the thing they do. They seem so into it even if they boiled water for a living. I hope to be as positive and spiritual as this man
When Japanese people decide to do something they do it with their full body and soul. They accept nothing less than perfection. I simply love Japanese people they inspire me so much.
The chef has some innate connection with food. I felt he was in love. And these noodles didn't have any egg. I am so blown by japanese. They are so humble and yet perfect in the things they do.
Japanese artisans really are inspiring beyond their craft. Whenever i watch them, i feel like I was also taught something about life
"i believe all we need are simple things.
i think simple things have all the answers.
wich is why people find them beautiful"
This is absolutely stunning. Beautiful rendition of an artistic craft requiring dance, movement and spirit. Not just making noodles.
It looks more like an art by itself.

This is true art. So beautiful
This is my all time favorite video I’ve ever watched. I come back to watch just to listen, and admire the craftsmanship and finesse is something that is thought to be simple. It is simple, but it’s also as complex as you want it to be. I just love this masterpiece of a video

The cinematography is ridiculously awesome.
