வெங்காயம் - 2
பச்சை மிளகாய் - 4
இஞ்சி பூண்டு விழுது - 1 தேக்கரண்டி
தக்காளி - 2
மஞ்சள் தூள் - 1/4 தேக்கரண்டி
மிளகாய் தூள் - 1/2 தேக்கரண்டி
சீரக தூள் - 1/2 தேக்கரண்டி
தனியா தூள் - 1 தேக்கரண்டி
கரம் மசாலா - 1/2 தேக்கரண்டி
உப்பு - 1 தேக்கரண்டி
புதினா இலை
கொத்தமல்லி இலை
சீரகசம்பா அரிசி - 1 கப்
தண்ணீர் - 2 கப்
செய்முறை
1.ஒரு குக்கரில் கொஞ்சம் எண்ணெய் கொஞ்சம் நெய் ஊற்றி, பட்டை கிராம்பு,, ஏலக்காய், அன்னாசிப்பூ மராத்தி மொக்கு , ஜாவித்ரி, கல்பாசி, பிரியாணி இலை, சேர்க்கவும்.
2. மெல்லிசாக நீள வாக்கில் நறுக்கிய இரன்டு வெங்காயம், நான்கு பச்சை மிளகாய் சேர்த்து வதக்கவும்.
3. வெங்காயம் வதங்கியதும். இஞ்சி பூண்டு விழுது சேர்த்து வதக்கவும்
4. நறுக்கிய இரண்டு தக்காளி சேர்த்து வதக்கவும்.
5. தக்காளி வதங்கியதும், கால் டீஸ்பூன் மஞ்சள் தூள், அரை டீஸ்பூன் மிளகாய் தூள், அரை டீஸ்பூன் சீரக தூள், ஒரு டீஸ்பூன் தனியா தூள், அரை டீஸ்பூன் கரம்மசாலா தூள் , ஒரு டீஸ்பூன் உப்பு சேர்த்து கலந்து விடவும்.
6. ஒரு கப் அளவு புதினா இலைகள். ஒரு கப் அளவு கொத்தமல்லி இலைகள் சேர்க்கவும்.
7. ஒரு கப் சீரக சம்பா அரிசியை கழுவி தண்ணீர் ஊற்றி அரை மணி நேரம் ஊற வைக்கவும்.
8. ஒரு கப் அரிசிக்கு ரெண்டு கப் தண்ணீர் குக்கரில் ஊற்றவும்.
9. தண்ணீர் கொதித்ததும் , ஊற வைத்த அரிசியை தண்ணீர் வடிகட்டி சேர்க்கவும்.
10.கலந்து விட்டு ஒரு டீஸ்பூன் நெய் ஊற்றவும்.
11.குக்கர் மூடி ஒரு விசில் வந்ததும் அடுப்பை அணைத்து விடவும்.
12. வாசனையான சுவையான குஸ்கா சூடாக பரிமாற தயாராக உள்ளது.
