    Who did not find an annoying delay on our beloved WLToys 144010 when you pull the trigger? Raise your hands...
    Unfortunately looks like when WLToys solves a problem, here it comes another. And don't misunderstand me, this is one of the best cheapest and fastest car you can find on the market right now... I love this car, but it's just a shame it suffers this lack of control, this lag on remote system.
    So here it is my recipe to solve it, but unfortunately, even though I tried to stay as cheap as I could, it won't be free.
    You can find the WLToys 144010 at this link:

    Really appreciate your video, as it was super helpful - Thank you!!
    I used the ETRONIX PULSE EX2 Transmitter and Receiver and it fixed the delay completely, without having to also buy the ESC for a Hobbywing Quicrun WP10BL60.
    Also, the ETRONIX PULSE EX2 Transmitter is cheaper than the DumboRC.

      @@ViCatRC Do you have a 144001 controller? I did bind that to the 144010. And bind the orginal after. I have just drive it. It was perfect almost now. 😀

      Yes, I tried that too and it improved significantly. Anyway there's still a small delay that is definitely acceptable, but it's still perceptible . Unfortunately the delay is spreaded between transmitter and esc, and I think different models suffers more or less of this boring issue. I was plenty surprised by the combo dumborc/wp-10bl60. The response is immediate on the finger tip, the car almost crawl at lowest kv and the steering improves a lot getting more proportional and controllable. I know it's not an acceptable solution for who bought this car and wants to run out of the box, but I wanted to point out that sometimes with just a little more money and care on it, you can get a product that is totally satisfactory.

      Thanks a lot for watching mate. Fortunately on 144010 full stock no cogging at all.
      But this annoying delay on remote control shades what is good in this nice car.
      And unfortunately it's still necessary to replace parts to fix it.

    I believe because you can not calibrate the esc to the reciver like most other esc's.

      I am sorry mate, I don't have links for these items.
      For sure you can find both the dumborc/x6f/x6fg and the wp-10bl60 on amazon.com or aliexpress.com, but the shipping times depending on where you are, sometimes is not that short.

    Hey again. I have a off topic question😊 I have a Axial ryft. It will not turn to the left so much. But the speed on the swing/servo is fast. And it feels like it is okay servo. Most I bind and fix end point adjustment or do you think it is broken? Ask here becouse nobody others channel answar me. :(

    • @ViCatRC
      @ViCatRC  Před 2 lety +1

      Hi mate. Difficult to answer this question, cause I don't have many clues. Start without setting end of points and possibly without the steering shaft connected to the steering system. If you see that the shaft goes much more to the right than to the left, it means that it needs to be repositioned on the gear. You basically need to center it. If everything is okay instead there is some problem to the servo, or it gets stuck when it turns to the left at some point. Just to be sure, try to connect it to another channel of the receiver, for example where you can trim it with a knob on your transmitter, and see if it works. If the servo turns good instead, you have to control the steering system on your car either.
