From experience any aftermarket lights you get no matter if it says there sealed or not get yourself a tube of silicone and put a thin bead around the edges you will never notice but if you don’t there is a pretty good chance you will get water or condensation in them at some point even the expensive ones seem to do it
It would help to know what they look like on the truck.

For the low beam can you put an LED or do you have to use the one it comes with
