Congrats on the 90k subscribers. I like to try and close my fitness circle daily, I am a walker even without a dog(jogger on days when I know my walking time is limited)
Taking BC at night is supposed to be better at least going by doctors suggestion even though I wish I could take it in the morning with my regular vitamins.
Taking birth control at night is good if you get any nausea/upset tummy from it but otherwise there's not really a better time of day to take it! It's whenever works best for you to remember to take it!
I consider myself a ~natural deodorant connoisseur~ I swear I have tried them all! My 2 recommendations are the Kosas one (I use unscented and literally you will not get smelly with it and it’s a clear gel so ideal for tanks and such) and ThinkSport (really good at keeping you dry without being an antiperspirant, and is boyfriend approved!). I am a night shower girly so I usually apply Kosas right after showering to prevent odor and then ThinkSport in the morning if it’s hot weather or I’m expecting to sweat a lil more.

Highly recommend Routine Deodorant!! They have different levels of baking soda so it can take time to find what is best for you! NU grocery downtown Ottawa has it in bulk so you can buy a tiny amount without committing to the whole jar 😊 it is literally the only one that has worked for me

Spray magnesium oil is amazing as a deodorant and it has a ton of other benefits!

Meow meow tweet is my favorite natural deodorant! Everyone is different though. I tried a bunch of different ones before landing on MMT
I like a native BUT I do have to reapply in the summer and right before/after a workout. I find it worth it cause it doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin. I have also used the old spice aluminum free palm something, only reason I stoped is cause my boyfriend uses it and finds it weird/funny that I smell like him haha
I love Wild deodorant! Plus they make it so you can reuse the plastic case and the refills are compostable. Love love, I’m never stinky with Wild.

I didf that with my cell phone recently. 🤦🏻♀ It was a WFH day, and a coworker called. She asked for information that I had stored in my Notes app on my phone. I was tearing my dang house apart trying to find my phone to answer her question. It wasn't until we ended the call that I pulled the phone from my ear like, "...😳..." So the next day I complimented her for not pointing out what an idiot I was for not realizing the phone was in my hand the entire time. She said, "OH! I didn't even think of that!" Which is why we're work besties. 😂

The summer Fridays lip balm is literally so good! I am a lip balm addict and it's definitely the best I've tried. However, cannot get over how expensive it is😂 Glad I got it in my tablet. Fun box, but also sad because now I'm addicted and I don't wanna pay that price.

You should get Stella a biothane collar, (waterproof and washable). I'm obsessed with biothane gear for my dogs. There are so many cute small businesses around Ottawa that make biothane products and tehy're custom-made and not that much more expensive than the pet store equivalent.

I have been dealing with chronic nausea my whole life. No doctor can figure out what's going on, I am told I am in good health but obviously feeling like your on the verge of getting the flu everyday isn't right lol. I have to take either Zofran for it or Meclezine. It sucks.
So sorry to hear that! I hope you find something that works for you! My long-term nausea has faded a lot which I am grateful for because it was obviously not good to rely on anti-nausea meds long term!
