I recently hear this rone several times a day and once it starts, it lasts for less than 10 seconds. And it doesn't bother me at all. Moreover, I feel comfortable and safe whenever I hear it.
The apartment in the opposite building, someone's using an angle grinder, so I looked up angle grinders and turns out 6,000 RPM is a common speed. I check out 6,000 Hz and so here I am, sounds exactly the same. I hate my neighbors
I'm here because of someone telling me this is what demons hate. Animosity and hysteric reactions towards this sound would be demons fighting back. It's my theory that we, "suffering" from this noise may have been protected by it, at least to a degree. Maybe I'm just way off, but finding out more about it is certainly not a bad idea.

I have tinnitus at this tone. I hear this tone, non-stop, all day, every day. The only time I don't hear it is when I'm sleeping.
