@@littledude000056 extreme sensitivity to sound. just an example - seemingly harmless everyday sounds of washing dishes, flicking switches, running tap water and flipping thru papers could potentially hurt a hyperacusis sufferer's ears.
@@amelialiberte6768I have tinnitus and hypoacusis… and it sucks on so many levels… I couldn’t even hear this when I had it playing because it’s the same frequency as my tinnitus
@@nz-nz Bro.. the same. I got the infection for the first time in march. On the last check day the doctor put the cotton wool+some ointment in my ear and it immediately started to buzz(before that I got 3 and didnt have problem).(when it cured i dont remember if it kept buzzing or not, maybe yes). Now i got the infection back again and the buzzing got louder. I was told to go to hospital for infusion, I got 7 infusion and the tinnitus got barely quieter. On friday i go back to the local doctor to see the infection progress/theoretically there is a tablet treatment which may help so probavly will try that. (and forgot go mention, before the last cotton+ointment i went to private doctor which put 3 of the same thing in my ear and nothing happened. then went back to fhe local one and immediately starter buzzing as soon as i got it in my ear. doctors in hospital said its not connected with it but idk..) edit: im kinda deaf to my left eye too thanks to it..
@@Tomxhawk how awful! I can sympathise. Just recently, my tinnitus has got worse (and now a bit in the other ear too 🤦♀️). I am quite deaf and it’s so frustrating (esp when you have to ask others to repeat) What’s the tablet you mention???
@@nz-nz I dont know that yet sadly. firstly i go back to fhe local doctor and if nothing happens tjem i call the hospital on the phone and ask about the tablet(for some reason they didnt write it down on the paper). though i got the last infusion on monday and it may take a while to work i think 1 week should be okay(or max 2). just i dont know if it will slowly make the ear butter or instantly, we can only hope the bests(and go to doctors). and im quiet "lucky" but at least my right ear is good, so at least i can hear with lne ear. buf hopefully once we will have mormal ears
