Rampart is 💩. Her walls turn 70/30s into 90/10s and do nothing if you are out in the open. Sheila is just a random gun that can break doors-- Everyone thinks Sheila is good bcs it kills fast, but it is loud as hell, slow spin up, bright laser, and makes you immobile or forced into sliding. Any decent team will melt you by timing/coordinating their peaks. Rampart only turns situations you were already favored into EVEN better ones and does nothing otherwise....She has zero utility outside of ring scan...

If you get to endgame, her Shields and Sheila go pretty hard. Other than that I would agree, she's kinda useless other than locking down rooms/floors in buildings. I usually just jiggle peak someone who uses her ult. You get hit pretty hard but you can usually win due to Sheila being kind of sporadic.
