Thanks for the video I've been charging towards my girl after she wants a break up but after watching your videos I realized I was doing the wrong thing so starting today I'm starting the No Contact rule
I have question. this part is my fault. I have a partner and accidentally I hurt her physically because we are both jealous, she goes away and after a month she goes back to her ex. and now I really sorry really really sorry of what I did. she gave me 2nd chance but it went rough again. I did all ways to fix it but it seems she doesn't want to comeback to me. I cried heavily day by day until now, and when I'm at work, I remember memories of us and it deeply hurt my heart. even I did a way to move on there's a part of me that saying I want her back. I changed myself now. and now we don't have communication. should I let her go? can someone give me advice

Please respond to your exes when they contact you, if you ghost them, it's really awkward for you contacting them later, or even expecting them to contact. Just respond, don't put emotions or drama, and never initate or reach out. Ghosting them can be bad for you when they don't reach out to you after the period.

Hi Jessica, I have finally subscribed. I have been watching your channel for a about a yr now and you just keep knocking it out the park with simple solutions and thought out answers to very complicated everyday struggles. My ex had her reasons to break up with me but made it clear that she saw us going no where so when i return a msg to respond, i put 0 feelings into it and just severed. I told her to take care and to not worry about my clothes, that she could get rid of em however she liked.
I knew that this would bother her but i also respected her position. I wasnt going to argue it and i didnt want to see her face to face for this because i didnt think it was genuine, so i tried to make it difficult for her to come over because i could sense anxiety and pain. I never wanted that for us and she just couldnt move on so i tried to make it easy.
So last night, she calls me at 1 am, she cant by pass DND anymore, we are done. So i msg her back and she doesnt respond all day. Did i break no contact? Also, i havent even watched this video, so i am sure it should help but, yea i just wanted to know what you thought because i dont like friendzoning and i would much rather move on or start over later.

Thank you Jess...I must say I literally hurt my woman emotionally but sincerely it's unintentional. Maybe because it's my first relationship and it's really hard to handle relationship matters for now...
My lady would say "she doesn't give up relationship easily but when She does that's final" I truly love her but I don't know why I give her so much pain emotionally... Recently she decided I give her a break...(not necessarily a break up)most times I would text but she never responded or better still one word answers and it painful... I felt like you stared into my soul and read my mind. I violated this rule because like you said, I figured out of sight, out of mind. She will move on and that is the hardest to cope with. I also am guilty of the rebound relationships. I definitely have found myself looking at what the new person in lacking in comparison to my ex. I don't want to get into any new relationships because I know that I will just be comparing them to her. I also deal with a lot of triggers that remind me of her like highway signs that have her city on them, parks where we used to walk, etc. It got to the point where I can be on vacation and I will see women who remind me of her to the point where I might not even be thinking about her, but when I see them, feelings start flowing back.
I mustve listened to this one particular video at least 10 times for it to be drilled into my head.

What if I'm not strong enough to even start a no contact. I text and leave a voicemail everyday even though I'm blocked I know she listens to them. we broke up and 2 weeks later she was seeing another man. I'm still not strong enough to do this. she was still calling me every day up until last weekend. I'm just confused and weak. I tired the no contact rule but could not go through with and am still with her feels just looking for how to stop that
I was in NC when my ex reached out. Everything was casual and cordial. Then he reach out again after 5 days. I was tired of his mixed signals and i lashed out. Whenever he reached out he always made sure to make it clear that it was purely for work.
I did wait the 30 days, but messed up after. About 40 days in. Within the first 30 days, he reached out 3x guilt tripping me into believing that I was childish for not staying friends. So I reached out to say that my reasons for not being friends were valid: and I felt stupid right after reaching out, bc he reiterated that we had no future. So even tho I kinda failed, I now won’t fall back into the guilt tripping.
My ex and I are co workers and I broke the no contact rule to look for compromise in the work place for the sake of professionalism. She is a head nurse and I’m a physical therapist with her completely not speaking is causing issues in the work place

How does this rule work do you tell the person you going no contact or you just go on to start the rule?

The most effective no contact is to never reach out, or initiate a conversation. However, when they reach out, you have answer cordially and briefly. You do not keep the conversation going unless it’s they are saying things that really have substance. You do not answer all breadcrumbs, and you also do not answer right away. It is crucial that you never display emotions and bitterness.
100%. There is over 100 plus so called 'experts' and it's all BS, all sales pitches. Praying on you, why you are emotionally weak. Everyone and every relationship is different. If its meant to be, they will come back.
Self respect, self value, and faith in your own journey. There is the need to give them space, and yourself but there is no timeline to follow other than your heart. Just don't chase, it is not attractive!

If it’s unavoidable, I’d say give the situation a small acknowledgment. Say hi, keep it small but move on. Ignore it. If there are others in the setting, mingle with them and let them speak for you. “Oh wow have you talked to xyz, they’re really funny…they got that new job they were looking for…looks like they’ve been hitting the gym…”

You hit her? If so you don’t deserve her and she should stay away from you. There are not many things worse than physical abuse - go get therapy.
