They really don't like outsiders who are not of Mongolian descent. I was a tourist there in the early 1990s. My grandfather was from Siberia, which is full of Mongols, and I was instantly accepted. They made it clear that unless you have some Mongol in you, you aren't wanted there.
As beautiful as it comes. What a talent. I don't know where to start. The technical part of the videogaphy is perfect. You mastered the challenge you were faced with by the lighting during that part of the day. Shooting in a dense crowd and still keeping the focus on the essentials takes not only talent but a lot of experience. And above all - you got what it takes to be a "Street Photographer" not afraid of being right in the face of people without offending them but on top of it able to capture not only their faces but their personalities and their interactions with each other You hit this one out of the park for a documentary of this place in Mongolia. They loved american sports and music even back then. Soooo much less modern then, we could not find restaurants in decent size towns back then. much less choice of food types. fishing was sublime. @@lukashanko90 true..Im from that region but my ethnicity is mixed , if you see I do look Asian but also somehat mixed ...our region was never India in history ..huen tsang the chinese traveller when he visited our region in the old times , he compared us to the fierce tibetan tribes of China ..some people here confuse nationality with race haha
