@@ketermalkut7653 There's no hyper grace. Grace is sufficient for the whole world. You're just deceived. Yes you are. You want to be right but you're not. Things that are for Israel you make it yours just like 99.9 percent of the church today. God said to Paul my Grace is sufficient for you. If you believed on Jesus for the forgiveness of your sins and the cleansing of your soul from eternal damnation that's not hyper Grace that's the truth. You just want to work your way to Heaven. It's not about you and the whole Bible it's not about you either. Romans through Philemon are the books written specifically for the body of Christ the church his bride today in this age of Grace. But you want to make the book of James about you and the book of Matthew, Luke, John, Peter etc. It's not about you. You didn't shed blood on a cross as a sacrifice for payment of sins. Remember Romans through Philemon are the books Paul wrote specifically for the body of Christ. Instructions for the church in this age of Grace are found in the books of Romans through Philemon. Unless you're a Jew who denies Christ as savior. Matthew is not for you, John is not for you Hebrews is definitely not for you but specifically to HEBREWS. Now you're going to disregard everything I've said because you're brainwashed by the same Bible you're reading because you think everything is about you serving Christ correctly with your evident corrupted flesh which cannot please God. How do you please God in this day and age? Believe on His son Jesus Christ. In the WORK he did for you cause you couldn't do it. If you could've lived a perfect life he wouldn't have died for you at all. But He did. His sacrifice cleansed you of all sin if you trusted His work His blood His resurrection. But that's hyper grace. The very work done by the Messiah the SAVIOR is hyper grace. You know he's really the savior of the world he came not to condemn you but to save you. But it's ok go back to your belief.

It's easy for people to get tripped up with this. Even the bible says that because we are sinners we will never be able to keep the commandments all the time. It's relying on faith in Jesus Christ. It's all about HIM and what he did for us. But we need to repent whenever we DO screw up as Christians. Because like it or not we will continue to screw up even when we want to do is right. Let the Holy Spirit work with you and help you to do your best especially keeping with Christ and abiding in him.

What does repent mean? Strongs definition is to "change one's mind." God repented 38 times in the Bible, did He sin? No, He changed His mind. In newer translations they have actually given their interpretation, instead of their translation so its easy to think repent means to repent of your sins. Nowhere in the Bible does it say "repent for your sins." Stick with KJV and STUDY, not just read, to show yourself approved. Jesus only had to die on the Cross once. All your sins at that time were future. They were still forgiven. You can change your mind about doing those sins but you're confused about repenting. How many sins do we have to repent of? You'd probably say "all of them." Do you know we sin without knowing we sin? Anything done that's not done in faith is a sin. The verse about "depart from me..." Jesus didn't say I knew you but you forgot to repent of your sins, He said I never knew you. These ppl were obviously religious so why didn't He know them? Bc they put faith in their works and their continual "repentance" instead of having faith that what He did on the Cross was sufficient and covered ALL of those sins; past, present and future. What you're not seeing is by adding works, you're saying what God did wasn't sufficient. If its works, its a debt, not grace. If it's grace it's not works. They contradict one another. You better have faith that His grace saves you, and your good works comes in discipleship, and from the Holy spirit He gave you once you trust fully on Him. God bless. Pray for truth for awhile, daily. Then continually seek it through His word and He will reveal it. You have to be seeking it.

If you don't follow the objective moral law of God you will go to hell. Lack of faith in Christ is a sin, but like all sins, ignorance will be considered. There are some people who never had the opportunity to accept Christ But because they lived a virtuous, humble life they will go to heaven. Conversely, there are many Christians who read the Bible and preach all day. But in their private lives, they are committing all sort of sins like fornication, adultery and thievery. Do not be fooled by these demonic protestants. If you do not at least make an effort to live the gospel values you WILL go to hell.

@@57andstillkicking No we don't. Didn't you read what Heather Brown said? She's on point. Read what she said and learn. You don't repent of sins. God repented in the Bible several times. God doesn't sin. It's a change of mind. What do we need to repent of? Meaning changing our mind? Well we need to change our mind about what we put our trust in our faith our belief in. Repent and believe the Gospel. Change your mind about the world and it's lies and believe the Gospel of Jesus Christ which saves souls the minute we believe and put our trust in Him. God has a law of perfection and we fall short of it every second. This is our condition. We are sinful by nature. Even if we never committed a sin the minute we are born we are born sinners and we deserve hell. No a newborn doesn't go to hell if it dies the minute it is born but if that infant grows up to have accountability for their actions and they don't repent (change their mind) and believe the Gospel then they will go to hell and trust me God starts manifesting himself to people from the minute they become aware of the world and themselves. The holy spirit does not convict you of every sin it convicts you of the sin of unbelief and as you read your bible it will show you the sins written in it which we start learning that we are sinful beings because we are born sinners we aren't sinners because we sin but we sin because we are born sinners it's a natural condition of the heart that it ain't posed to be part of us. It already convicted you of your unbelief and it already showed you your sins and it will be that way until we get redeemed. Your sin is ever before you and what it means is practice Holiness and do good do not let your sin destroy you or harden your heart while we are still on this Earth and is for your own good for your sanity for your peace. Not for your Salvation. The minute you believe the Gospel of Jesus Christ your soul gets saved forever. Your flesh is corrupted and it will never be redeemed will never enter heaven. God did not save the flesh on the contrary he condenmed sin in the flesh. He saved our souls on the cross by his blood. Now you fight your flesh the old man for your own sake not for Salvation. Salvation is a work of God alone and you can't boast about it. It is not earned. It's freely given. Do not be deceived and become self righteous. You can't have Grace and think your works will get you into the Kingdom. God says you must become like a child if you want to enter his kingdom meaning what? A child depends on their parents alone to help them with anything in life at that stage. So we must become like children and believe easily and depend on our God for Salvation. Not on ourselves because our righteousness is as filthy rags. This doesn't mean go crazy and sin. If you truly understand the Gospel of Jesus Christ you would see that it really is GOOD NEWS. If Salvation depended on us we would lose it everytime we sin. And we sin constantly.

I have come to believe that the problem that believers are having with scripture is that they don't know who they are in Christ. They don't know that they are now born of God and that Christ lives in them. if they did, this verse would never bring fear. For they are God's beloved... and there is no fear in love... Nothing, anywhere in the Bible should ever bring fear to any believer. I would encourage any believer that is still in bondage to fear to seek out what your true identity is in Christ!

@Redeemed Hi, it is important to compare scripture with scripture and also know when reading the bible to whom specific verses were addressed and in what context. For example, the verse you quote, to whom was Jesus speaking? In the natural, God is certainly to be feared as He is omnipotent and can do anything He wants including destroying us. However, He is love and declares His kindness toward us in Christ. If we receive His offer of salvation in Christ we become children of God and are dearly loved and cherished and kept by His power. The big question is: "are we In Christ or not" As christians we live in the epistles not the OT or even the gospels pre the cross and resurrection and are to read the scriptures through the correct lense. Our appreciation for His grace and love for Him (which He works in us) keeps us from wanting to sin. We have such Freedom in Christ that Paul has to warn and say don't use that freedom for self indulgence but rather for service of others...

      Colossians 2:14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;
The law that died within us was the law of sin, not the law of God's instruction (this is the point of Romans 6, 7). Because of Jesus's death and resurrection, we're now able to leave our life of sin and, instead, walk in YHWH's instruction/Torah, by the Spirit.
16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:17 Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.
This is a letter to believers, not non believers
Heb 7:12 For the priesthood being changed, there is made of necessity a change also of the law.
What changed was the priest hood - from the Aaronic line (temporary, animal sacrifices) to Malki-Tzedek (permanent from heaven, God's Lamb). The change in the Law is that it is no longer confined to the Temple system as we are now the Temple of God (1 Cor 3 and 2 Cor 6) which means the Law (Torah) is now written on your circumcised heart - not stone tablets (See Hebrews 8 and 10 which is a reference to the New Covenant in Jeremiah 31)
Galations 5 1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.2 Behold, I Paul say unto you, that if ye be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing.3 For I testify again to every man that is circumcised, that he is a debtor to do the whole law.4 Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace.5 For we through the Spirit wait for the hope of righteousness by faith.6 For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love.
Galatians 5 Paul is talking about circumcision as a means to salvation and not that we should abandon the commandments of God.
1 Corinthians 9:20-21 To the Jews I became like a Jew, to win the Jews. To those under the law I became like one under the law (though I myself am not under the law), so as to win those under the law. 21 To those not having the law I became like one not having the law (though I am not free from God’s law but am under Christ’s law), so as to win those not having the law
Pa’al was making reference to the entirety of the “Law” which would be the ten pillars of Judaism, including the oral law (Mishnah), the rabbinical teachings (the Gamarra), and the commentary on the Tanakh (the Talmud).
2 Corinthians 3:7 But if the ministration of death, written and engraven in stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not stedfastly behold the face of Moses for the glory of his countenance; which glory was to be done away
This speaks to the glory on the face of Moses, not the engraved stones
Romans 14 is not about the Sabbath. The days esteemed more than others related to different fast days that were traditions and not commandments of God.
Acts 10 is not about the Law of God nor is it about food
Paul says , ye we establish law. Messiah says the law is not abolished.
Paul says to keep the commandments as does the Master Yeshua and God the Father and they are One.
Obeying the Law apart from trust in the Savior's sacrifice is your own works. However, obeying the commandments because you trust in the Savior led by the Holy Spirit given to those who obey (Acts 5:32) have a love and desire to obey the commandments written on their hearts as it is a delight and joy.

We are sinful beings, and there is NOTHING we could ever do enough of to go to Heaven...but THROUGH JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD AND SAVIOR we have a way to be with the FATHER! Have a true relationship with our Savior Jesus...invite Him in your heart as HE has been knocking at your hearts door for a long time. Allow Him in, He LOVES YOU...yes YOU! Repent from your sins, die to yourself daily asking Jesus for forgiveness as we are ALL sinners and NEED Jesus ALL THE TIME, not just when we get into trouble. The entire Bible is about being obedient to God. Read Titus 1:16/2Cor13:5, also Acts 8:13, in Acts/ Simon the sorcerer was also a believer, was baptized and was not saved. Simple belief does not save.

The bibles says and warns about being deceived , and not taking the mark of the beast - If Jesus came and did everything then there wouldnt be an issue with the mark of the beast , with eating unclean foods , . he wouldnt say He that endues to the end shall be saved ,,,
In other words If man needed a Savior - so Jesus left heaven and came to die for our sins - just to turn around and say " I paid the price go and sin all you want , That would be pointless...
Obeying God is not works . To obey because you are saved and Love God is faith- to obey in order to be saved is works -- But we must still all obey . This is why from beginning to end in the scriptures God can not allow sin ..
and about the new and old covenant most people get the covenants mixed up .. The new and old were the same thing ...The 10 commandments were at creation , they were given to Israel when they left Egypt - Remember ? Moses told the people at mount Sinai what God commanded and they agreed " what ever the Lord says we shall do" - and Moses went up on the Mount and Told God the people agree ( 1st covenant ) then Moses came back down and the people were worshiping a golden Calf etc _ Moses got mad - went back up and talked to God and came back with the Commandments written by Gods finger - ( 2nd covenant ) , God was speaking to the people and they Got so scared that they had Moses talk directly to God and be the go between .... Its the levitical law and law or ordinances that confuses people ( these were nailed to the cross , Not the commandments .. If that was the case Read Matthew 24 :20 ( its talking about when just before Jesus returns ) and Revelation 22:14 ...
To say You do not have to Obey ( that to say to Obey is Works ) is sounding like Satan Telling Adam and Eve not to obey -They will become like God - Its a Lie - 1 John 2:4..

Did you do anything at all to receive these gifts besides being born? No. Salvation is the exact same way, you must be born again.

    John 10:1-5,14,26-27
Truly truly, I say to you, he who does not enter the sheepfold by the door but climbs in by another way that man is a thief and a robber. 2But he who enters by the door is the shepherd of the sheep. 3To him the gatekeeper opens. The sheep hear his voice, and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. 4When he has brought out all his own, he goes before them, and the sheep follow him, for they "know" his voice. 5A stranger they will not follow, but they will flee from him, for they do not "know" the voice of
strangers.14 Iam the good shepherd. I "know" my own and my own "know" me
26but you do not believe because you are not among my sheep. 27My sheep hear my voice, and I "know" them, and they follow me.
Only those who are a new creation in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17) as a result of repentance are Jesus's sheep and follow him.
Jesus uses the word "knows" as in an intimate way just like that word is used throughout scripture.
    Matt 7:21-23
Why does Jesus say depart from me I never "knew" you ye that work
    iniquity.
Clearly, they believed in God although it was superficial.
He's not double minded,The works mentioned are works that He told us to do.
    John14:12
    John 15:1-6
    Mark 16:15-17.
He does not say you trusted in your works.
He doesn't say I knew you once and you later rejected me.
He says I never "knew" you (in scripture "knew" means intimately)
They never changed their minds about their sinfulled life (repented) to have their sins forgiven.
    Luke 24:47
And REPENTANCE FOR THE FORGIVENESS OF SINS will be preached in His name to all nations starting in Jerusalem.
    Acts 26:20
First to those in Damascus, then to those in Jerusalem and in all Judea, and then to the Gentiles, I preached that they should repent and turn to God and demonstrate their repentance by their deeds.
They didn't have a personal relationship with Him.
    In desperation they are
pointing to their works as evidence they knew Him.
They believed repentance is works and conduct was irrelevant to being saved.
Jesus wouldn't refer to what He commanded us to do as iniquity or lawlessness
God didn't know them because they hadn't been regenerated
Jesus say ye workers of iniquity.
    Iniquity is continuous unrepentant sin.
    Titus 1:16
They profess that they "know" God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good works reprobate.
    2 Timothy 2:19
Nevertheless, God’s solid foundation stands firm, sealed with this inscription
The Lord "knows" those who are his, and, “EVERYONE WHO CONFESSED THE NAME OF THE LORD MUST TURN AWAY FROM WICKEDNESS.”
    Nahum 1:7
The LORD is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he "knoweth" them that trust in him.
Note: They didn't say I humbled myself, repented of my sins which is the first requirement for salvation.
The Greek word that is translated as “does” is poieo. The word appears 598 times in the New Testament. It has been demonstrated that the Greek word for “does” refers to action that performs an activity. This word is a verb and not a noun.Since poieo is a verb, we must also determine the meaning of its tense, voice and mood. The tense of poieo in Matthew 7:21 is in the present tense.Poieo in the present tense refers to action that is ongoing. For example, when Jesus said, “he who does the will” He was referring to ongoing action at that moment in time.
In other words he who is doing the Father's will. The Greek word for “does” is a Greek present participle which implies ongoing behavior. The person who does the will of God once in a while does not qualify.Jesus is describing someone who habitually does the will of the Father.
Poieo is also in the active voice, which means that when Jesus said, “.he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter”
Jesus was saying that the individual must be performing the action.
A life of obedience (present tense “do” [ΠοÎčωv] for continuous action) to his will is, in fact, the definition of righteousness.
when Jesus says “. . . but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter.” The word “does” is a present, active, participle verb which means that those who continuously are doing the will of the Father go to heaven. Jesus was referring to a pattern of life and not perfect obedience.
The character of true Christians is that they sin less and less as they mature in their faith.
    1 Thessalonians 4:3-8
It is God’s WILL that you should be sanctified: that you should avoid sexual immorality; 4that each of you should learn to control your own body in a way that is holy and honorable, 5not in passionate lust like the pagans, who do not know God; 6and that in this matter no one should wrong or take advantage of a brother or sister. The Lord will punish all those who commit such sins, as we told you and warned you before. 7For God did not call us to be impure, but to live a holy life. 8Therefore, anyone who rejects this instruction is not rejecting man
but the God who gives His Holy Spirit
    to you.
    John sums it up.
    1 John 2:17
The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does the WILL of God lives forever.

God inspired the human authors with the authors using their own words. The authority of the Scriptures are in the authors and the authors intended meanings.. the bible wasnt dictated like Islam believes. So to know the authority of the scriptures you need understand the authors intended meaning. Mathew was written prior to John so using John to understand Mathews words is just magical thinking, unless you think God dictated the e exact words to them without their own choice of words and meanings.
So yet again . You cannot interpret Mathew by appealing to John. End of story.

Very nice job at explaining Grace versus the law. From Reading many of the comments below there are many people today that have one foot in the Old Testament and one foot in the new. Jesus is good enough to save them, but not to keep them. I trust Jesus totally for my salvation and righteousness. I have found that trying to keep the Commandments of God is impossible in the flesh. However, it is not the flesh that is going to be saved but the man's spirit and soul and yes a new glorified body. I believe many today have not been buried with Christ therefore they are trying to go into eternity another way. Remember why the law was given. It was a Schoolmaster to bring us to Christ. In today's language it was to bust our chops so we give up and die to self. You will find that once you are dead to any goodness in you, Jesus Christ's goodness will shine through the regenerated believer. I do feel sorry for those that feel that they can never do enough for Christ and live from moment to moment not knowing if their names are written in the Book of Life. That day that I stand before the Lord and he ask me why I should be let in to the kingdom I will stay briefly, because Jesus cannot deny himself and I am in him as he is in me. I am trusting in his finished work and shed blood at the cross for me.

That implies believing in what Jesus did and what he taught, in totality. 1 John 3:6 "No one who lives in him keeps on sinning. No one who continues to sin has either seen him or known him." So, John tells us that those who continues to sin has NOT KNOWN HIM. Self professing Christians who knew about Jesus, knew about what he did on the Cross that kept on living in sin: HAS NOT KNOWN HIM by GOD's standards.
Another verse on Jesus telling those who profess him as LORD, but Jesus does not know them:
LUKE 13:26 "Then you will say, 'We ate and drank with you, and you taught in our streets.'
27"But he will reply, 'I don't know you or where you come from. Away from me, all you evildoers!'
Here again, a Christian thinks he knew him well but Jesus has nothing to do with him. The standard is: evil doer.
Also, why would we need to "strive to enter into the narrow door, if salvation faith is simply believing in Jesus' sacrifice on the cross? Believing in him also includes obeying his teachings; which is to not continue to sin. Now days, they will call this is a "works gospel", and a heresy.
1John 3:9-10 " No one who is born of God will continue to sin, because God's seed remains in them; they cannot go on sinning, because they have been born of God. This is how we know who the children of God are and who the children of the devil are: Anyone who does not do what is right is not God's child, nor is anyone who does not love their brother and sister."
God calls those who continue in sin: Children of the devil. Do you know that, Jesus called Pharisees, "brood of vipers, snakes, Children of hell"?. But they believed in God, kept his law and sacrifice etc. They were children of the devil because they continued to sin. They were hypocrites. It's same for people today. Those who continue in sin thinking "Jesus paid for my sins so I am okay to do whatever I please" is the modern day pharisee and their punishment will be heavier than the unbelievers.
Simply believing in his existence and what he did, and having "head knowledge" is not the saving faith. We must do the will of the father and our faith needs to be proven through our "works", because he said a faith without works is dead.

I would like to firstly commend Bas for his desire to understand and willingness to share. Many of his posts are very insightful but this particular one I feel the duty to correct. Yes the will of the Father is to believe in His Son. Modern, unbiblical views claim that this means that you believe that Jesus died for your sins and believing this saves you. What Churches don't include is that if you believe in someone then you must also believe in what they say. Jesus said a lot of things. He said at one point, "Why do you call me Master and not do the things I have said?"
To clarify Matthew 7:21-23, notice that the things that these people are trying to use to justify themselves are things that Jesus didn't emphasize for us to do. He asks us to love each other. To sell our possessions in order to help others in need especially fellow Brothers and Sisters. To not desire the things that the world desires. To not live a life of self indulgence. To do good to our enemies. To consider others better than yourself. He who knows the good he should do and doesn't do it sins. The Life that Jesus asks us to live is something that we will do IF we believe.
This is God's Wisdom! The two greatest commandments according to Jesus: Love God and love your neighbor as yourself. How do you prove to your friends and family that you love them? By feeling love? By telling them that you love them? No. By demonstrating that you love them by your actions. If you say you love someone and treat them like you hate them then that shows words are inadequate to prove love. How can we prove to God that we love Him? By telling Him? By feeling it? No. By demonstrating it through our actions. And the action He is looking for as proof is loving everyone, even the undeserving. And how do we prove we love people? By how we treat them. And how should we treat them? Like we would treat ourselves. If you become hungry do you not feed yourself? If you see someone hungry do you feed them? If your car breaks down do you not get it repaired if you can afford it? If you know someone can't afford to fix their car would you pay for it if you could afford it? Would you be disappointed if a wealthy person couldn't help you because they needed their money for the pleasures of life? Do you waste your money on the pleasures of life not leaving any for those who need help? Belief is useless if there are no actions to back it up.
For those who are Children of God here is a secret that offers peace the world cannot offer. We are all given a portion of time here on earth. The world knows this and tries to get the most pleasure out of their time not wanting to waste any of it on others. God's Children have an eternal amount of time and have no need to worry about this short portion of time and what We can get out of it for ourselves. Since We are eternal and belong to the Eternal Family let Us make the guests of Our House, who come and then go, feel welcome and treat them as honored guests by serving them as Our Father has taught Us. Maybe Our Father will invite Some to stay and add Them to the Family just as He did to Us. He who has ears, let him hear.
If you are truly a Child of God, He has been molding you into the image of His Son who didn't come to be served but to serve. This is Our New Spiritual purpose. As Our Father teaches us how to let go of our wants (dying to ourselves - living sacrifice) His Spirit in Us reveals to Us the need's of others and We experience great joy and awe as We watch Our Father meet other's needs through Us. This is the Gift of Life. God in Us.
1 John 2:3-6 We know that we have come to know him if we keep his commands. Whoever says, “I know him,” but does not do what he commands is a liar, and the truth is not in that person. But if anyone obeys his word, love for God is truly made complete in them. This is how we know we are in him: Whoever claims to live in him must live as Jesus did
GREED - excessive desire to acquire or possess MORE THAN ONE NEEDS or deserves.
1 Corinthians 6:9-10 Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor men who have sex with men nor thieves nor the GREEDY nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.
2 Timothy 2:9 Nevertheless, God's solid foundation stands firm, sealed with this inscription: "The Lord knows those who are his," and, "Everyone who confesses the name of the Lord must turn away from wickedness."
Hebrews 5:9 and, once made perfect, He became the source of eternal salvation for all who obey Him
For anyone still confused about actions and belief. Your actions don't save you. Jesus does. If you believe that to be true then by that same belief you demonstrate your belief by obeying His teachings. If you don't obey His teachings then that shows that you don't believe and that He is not your Master (Lord for the old-school). If He was your Master then you would be obedient to Him.
Matthew 16:25 For whoever wants to save their life will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me will find it.

      hy Mr Ambassador
      you say
ALL who have "trusted HIM, HIS Blood, And HIS Resurrection!" Have Been Forgiven, And Have Received Eternal Life! From HIM!, whether they "feel" it or not. It is "faith," not feeling:
      response
this is true but to trust Jesus you must do what he says
that sort of what trust is about,
And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say? ( Luke 6:46)
to be worth any thing Faith must have love (1 Cor 13:2)
That love will bring you obey to the teachings of Christ (John 14:23-24)
this is why St James ask us will a faith without works save you. (James 2:14)
then proceeds to it will require works to complete it. (James 2:22)
      you quote 1 John 5:13
These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. (1 John 5:13
So lets see what St John writes about believing in Christ
Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him. By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments. (1 John 5:1-2)
he writes to believe in Jesus we must love God and obey his commandments.
I am not sure why you quote (Rom 12:1-2)
there seems little in other than we are told to renew our minds.
I cor 3:10-15 is about those who have died in Grace.
While being in Grace does mean salvation they could have lost this righteousness though sin (1 John 1:8-2:1)
The assurance of salvation is that if you sin you have an advocate in Christ so if you confess your sin Christ he will forgive you cleansing you of unrighteousness.
Start reading the bible with Jesus
He is the way the truth an the light (John 14:6)
if you want to come after him into Gods kingdom you will pick up your cross and follow him.( Luke 6:23)
      Come to Christ
      God bless you

However, on this one I feel it is important to clarify that to believe in Jesus and to follow Jesus are not one in the same. There are plenty of people who believe that Jesus was who He said he was, but that has absolutely no bearing on there lives. In addition, there are many who believe that Jesus was the messiah and actively work against Him. Satanists believe in Jesus. They, however, seek to negate the work done on the cross for us.

My question to the Holiness works salvation teachers here is are you sinless? I’ve seen most people who call this a false teaching will copy and paste a ton of scripture out of context and they themselves won’t keep what they teach. They think they are sinless or close to it and deceive themselves. If you sin even once a day you are living in habitual sin. If you think your works of righteousness will maintain your salvation you are misunderstanding scripture.

@Redeemed your statement alone give me an indication you close to deception saying you not sinless and you human is a justification already telling people to stop sinning is not rightly dividing the word of truth but instead we are to guid through scripture and make clear the instructions of how to find what is necessary to be enabled to overcome and to have victory over the things of this world, that is the one very important truth you have not mentioned is that the Holy Spirit is required to enable anyone to walk righteously
here you even have the Psalmist cry out to the Most High not to take the Holy Spirit away
      Psalm 51:11
Cast me not away from Your presence; take not Your Holy Spirit from me.

likeaSparrow inTheWilderness Are you saved by believing in Jesus or selling everything you have? You notice Jesus was teaching those under the old covenant and at first simply taught the young man to obey the law which Christians are not under. Paul even said no many would be justified by the law. Clearly the young man hadn’t perfectly kept the law, he was self deceived. You never see the apostles sell all they have and give to the poor but many did sell possessions to give to each other and the poor. They didn’t do this to be saved but because they were already sealed with the Holy Spirit and saved.

Redeemed You didn’t address anything I said. I feel like you are commenting on things that are not even in my text. I said to those who teach sinless perfection. Not those who desire not to sin. Sinless perfectionism teaches every time you sin you lose salvation and that true Christians can not sin multiple times for that isn’t true repentance. They put an impossible yoke on others while claiming their “mistakes” aren’t actually sins. I’m not saying we are to walk in sin or that it’s ok. But to teach on can walk perfectly sinless or lose salvation isn’t biblical. This is said to be a better covenant. What Jew would become a Christian thinking they had to be perfectly sinless to stay saved? Also if you do not consider yourself sinless how can you say you obey when they say “ stop sinning” in the way you mean? So either you have to achieve a state of sinlessness to get to heaven or what?

Every time Jesus spoke to the churches in revelation.. he said repent (these were believers in the Churches).. and also that to he who overcomes. etc etc. In James 2: 18 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my by works. ... 26 For as the body without the a spirit is dead, so FAITH WITHOUT WORKS IS ALSO DEAD.

For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, 9 not of works, lest anyone should boast. 10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.

Bas, why can't you hear Jesus? Only those who do the will of the Father will enter the Kingdom and Jesus immediately explains clearly what he means. Those who hear his words in the Sermon on the Mount and do them are like the wise man who built his house upon the rock and only these will enter the Kingdom of God.
"Not every one who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but HE WHO DOES THE WILL OF MY FATHER who is in heaven. On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’ And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you evildoers.’ “Every one then who HEARS THESE WORDS OF MINE AND DOES THEM will be like a wise man who built his house upon the rock; and the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat upon that house, but it did not fall, because it had been founded on the rock. And every one who hears these words of mine and does not do them will be like a foolish man who built his house upon the sand; and the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell; and great was the fall of it.”

The answer is the last part which lines up with doing the Father's will. It's because of their lawlessness. 1 John 3:4 defines sin as lawlessness. Some translations say iniquity which means the same thing. His translation says evil doer, which can be misleading.

  • @deadtoselfShema
    @deadtoselfShema Pƙed 8 lety +6

It is late, and sorry if this is poorly written (spelling, grammar etc). This was a poor translation you are using. I am even unsure which one you are using? Probably a “Paraphrase” which are only acceptable to read, NEVER to be used for Study
"Evil doers” it should be "Iniquity, or lawlessness”. from there is so many errors of this lesson, I don't know where to start.
First, when you do a Study you need to remember the guidelines of “Context, Context, and Context”. What does this mean, the First Context is to remember the Letters / Books in the Bible did not have “Chapters or Verses” so when you try to use a Verse, it must be equal to what the rest of the Letter or book is saying, any contradictions then what you think the verse is saying then you are either wrong, or the Bible is. It is probably you (the person doing the study/lesson). The second Context does it agree with the rest of the Bible? Mal 3:6 God is unchanging (character) so II TIM 3:16 All scripture works together. If your teaching disagrees with anything in the Bible it is again the Lesson, not the Bible. Just say out loud “God had it wrong, and now has it right” does that sound right? Next and last context what was going on when it was written? Example: I Cor 6:12 “All things are lawful, but not profitable” That city Paul was in, had very few laws so basically all was lawful to the Citizens but not to Paul. Paul sees sharing the Gospel is Profit, and as a True convert he is “Set Apart” to be Different. Which is the main reason for many of the 613 laws. You better Goggle “613 Laws” before you ask or say something you do not know. I am getting tired of People asking “So do you keep all of them?” That question only shows the ignorance (no knowledge of the subject) of the person asking it.
You basically say let’s look from either a "Law" or "Grace" perspective. That is so poor of a way to do a Study. You will then teach like a politician. You will cover the negative verses with the one you disagree with, and the positive verses with the one you want to make true. Either way they both contradict each other. The only way to teach is via following the Facts, and the Facts are where all Scripture takes you. This teaching is using rose colored glasses.
Yes, one can't be saved by walking the Law. The Law is there to show us how to live. TORAH means Law, which means Instructions. Good citizens follow the law, and it is easy. Criminals hate the Law. True Converts love Yeshua. Jn 14:15, and Jn 14:23 Yeshua says if you love me, you will KEEP my commandments.
Jn Ch 1 says the Word of God is Yeshua in the Flesh. So the Whole Word of God is Yeshua. Yeshua kept the Dietary Laws, the feasts, Saturday Sabbath, He walked the LAW. JN 2:4 says if we do not keep His / Yeshua’s Commandments “WE” are liars, and the truth is not in us. PSA 119:142 says the LAW is TRUTH. You teach the Law has nothing to do with the believer, no the Law has nothing to do with a non repentive sinner.
Rom 3:31 Paul says our Faith (Grace) does not abolish the Law, just the opposite, we confirm, establish and uphold the Law. So you or Paul right? I stick with Paul.
II Tim 3:16 says all Scripture is God Breathed to be used for all teaching, and rebuking, and to be equipped. What are you going to do with the scripture that contradicts with your lesson? When this was written not one word of the NT was classified as Scripture, just letters from the Elders.
John chapter one, says Yeshua was the Word of God in the Flesh. When he was born in the Flesh, the Torah, and Tanakh was the ONLY Scripture at the time this was written.
Proverbs 28:9 those who don't listen to the Law, their prayers are an abomination to God. You just taught people to not listen to the Law of God.
Mal 3:5 God is unchanging. His Character does not change. The Law is His Word. The Law is God's Righteousness. When you teach against the Law of God this also includes those of the TORAH, the LAW, Law and Torah both mean “Instruction” The Law is the instruction for people to know how to live in a country / Kingdom.
MT 6:33 Seek first the Kingdom of God, and His Righteousness. Your teaching teaches against the Law, so teaching against the Law. So you are teaching God does not have Righteousness because no law as part of His Kingdom.
II Pet 3:15-17 says sign of falsely reading any of “Paul’s” difficult writings are those who think he teaches Lawlessness. No Law. This is what "Grace Perspective" teaches, so is Peter or you right with how you read Paul's Writings I'll go with Peter.
The reason you really get it wrong is the wrong word "Evil Doers" The word there in "Hebrew" does not translate to that word.
Book of Matthew has been proven to be originally written in Hebrew first. For the Greek manuscripts have problems with "Hebrew-isms" basically something that does not translate well in to another language.
First let's look at the only other "Workers" Yeshua speaks about ... I bet you know MT 9:37 (also in LK and JN
you do know what it means when something is covered in the Bible multiple times? It means you better listen, and get it right) Yeshua uses “Workers” and he is talking about people going to share the Gospel. He uses Workers r/t the Gospel here.
Yeshua here in MT 7:21-23 is not speaking about unsaved, wow how do you even come up with that? Unsaved do NOT call Yeshua "Lord" That is so WRONG! This is why “Evil Doers” is not close. Time to get a Bible that translates correctly.
Yeshua is clearly speaking of those who share a false gospel w/o the Law/Lawless. All false gospels have one thing in common they all stay away from the Law of God. This is why your idea of teaching Law vs Grace is how you get this lesson perspective so wrong.
MT 7:21-23 is about those false “Moral” converts of lawlessness. “Workers” covers anyone who says “Lord, Lord” to Yeshua, but there are two types, those who share a Lawful Gospel, and those who want NOTHING to do with the Law of God, the Lawless.
Rom 3:20 the Law gives us knowledge of sin. You may try to use Rom 6:14b (Yep "B") like hyper-grace churches try to use the second half "Not under the Law but under grace” Small problem if you read Rom 6:14a you will see "Under the dominion of sin"
Now go to Rom 7:25 Paul uses his mind to follow the "Law of God" to fight his own flesh fighting with the "Law of Sin" WHAT there is two Laws? No, there are 6 Laws that Paul covers in Romans, and 1 more Paul covers in Corinthians. The Law we are not under any more is the Law of Sin and Death, NOT the law of God. Remember, Paul is a Lawyer
ever try to read something a Lawyer wrote? It is Difficult to understand. Peter covered this right?
Yeshua never pointed to himself, except to doubting Thomas when he pointed to all of His holes in His Body. Yeshua always pointed to the Father. The Will of the Father is to follow His instructions on how to live.
MT 4:23 Yeshua is sharing the "Gospel" before the Cross?
Gal 3:8 YHWH / God shared the Gospel to Abraham? Abraham was saved because of his Faith / Trust in YHWH. He was told to go, and he went. He did not challenge "Now was that a commandment?" to YHWH. This is what a Grace perspective does, “YHWY / God you got rid of the Law right?” say that question out loud, does it sound something you can really ask YHWH / God? See Proverbs 28:9 again.
The Gospel is the good news that sinners can be saved. The Gospel is two part, for w/o bad news, there is no good news. The "Cross, Death, Burial, Resurrection after 3 days is not the Gospel, it is part of it. It was Yeshua becoming the final and permanent sacrificial Lamb. This was the reason for the Cross, and Yeshua walking the Law “Fulfilled” the Law, did not “Abolish” the law. You do know these two words do not mean the same thing.
    Cont'd

    • @deadtoselfShema
      @deadtoselfShema Pƙed 8 lety +2

      Cont'd pt 2
James 4:6, and I Pet 5:5 both say God rejects the proud and gives grace to the Humbled. The law shows us what sin is, and it is to Humble the Sinner to the Cross. The conscience screams at us when we break the last 6 of the 10 commandments. When someone witnesses with The Law to show what sin is, what they need to repent from; the Conscience is used by the Holy Spirit to show the person what is being shared is correct. When a person accepts they are a sinner, and are humbled to see the need of the Cross, then ALL of the 10 commandments moves from conscience to the Heart.
Deut 4:2 says do not add or subtract from God’s Word. (His Word is His LAW; you have heard that saying; it really fits with God/YHWH). Deut 13 is the test by YHWH on telling who is True and who is False, how does this Grace no Law do on this test?
Did you know Yeshua taught how to share the Gospel? MT 19:16-23 He is asked "How do I get eternal Life?" or "How do I get saved"" in Christianese. (This is also covered in MK, and LK remember if it gets said more than once, it must mean something). Yeshua answers "Why do you call me good?" People searched for Rabbi's that tickled ears (They taught what people wanted to hear, like many search for Pastors/Churches).
Yeshua was testing to see if the young man say Yeshua as either just a Rabbi, or as something more. Remember Yeshua also said "Only God / YHWH is good" He was asking the man by what authority do you see me "Yeshua" as having the authority to answer the question, or was he just looking for a seeker friendly Rabbi? Yeshua took him thru the Law.
The man answered "Since childhood I have followed them" Several things now happen. First Hebrew believe until a person is 20 yrs old (Bar/Bat Mitzvot's are of Oral Law
research “Oral Law” it is not part of God’s Word) they are not held accountable by YHWH r/t sinning. Until 20yrs old most don't have the maturity level of knowing right from wrong. (Yes, some do before and some after this age, and some never). The man was saying since becoming an adult he has followed the Law. Yeshua Challenged him with "Go sell and follow me" Yeshua was pointing to #1 The man needed to prove Yeshua was God, and #2 showing the Man idolized his riches. This story has nothing to do with rich people, Yeshua just used the situation to also cover none can "Work, or Buy" Salvation. In MK perspective it adds a missing part of the story "When the man said he has followed the Law ... it Says Yeshua Loved him".
This just proves Yeshua loving us (John 3:16 is NOT the only part of what we need to know about salvation, hyper grace / against the Law churches don’t read on after that verse) is part of false gospels and interpretation of just using one verse (JN 3:16) out of context. Yeshua used the Law to share with the Gospel with someone who asked “How to be saved” True Gospel was seeing if he was humbled or proud.
Have you even studied what “New Covenant” means and where it comes from? It is a Prophecy, not the “New Testament”. Jer 31:31-35 It says it will between YHWH / God and the Tribes of Israel. It is about the time of the 1000 year reign of Yeshua. We there yet? The only people will be those of “His” people who have the Law on their hearts, and will not need to tell each other to know the Lord. Where do we hear that? Oh Yea, MT 7:21-23 on Judgment day. The false “Grace” who teach against the Law is no more (so why is on the Hearts?).
You try to use MT 22:36-40 Yeshua is being Tested “What is the Greatest Law?” They wanted him to choose one which would mean he broke Deut chapter 13 as a Prophet He subtracted. Yeshua rolled all the Laws (10 Commandments, and the 613) into two. Broke down as they should be First between us and YHWH / God, and the Second grouping between us and our Neighbor with YHWH God’s guidance of the Law.
Just like the Hyper Grace teaches this story that it means now “Love your neighbor” is all is left. WRONG! Yeshua was just breaking them down to two basic groupings. I JN 4:8 The “God is Love” verse. Problem is most people try to say God’s love is from their Perspective of what Love is, not how God defines Love. It does not say Love is God, it says GOD is Love. God’s character (Laws, Precepts, commandments) define Love. Unless you really believe God’s Laws are bad laws? Remember they are truth.
Rom 2:20-23 Paul covers the Law as he speaks about teachers. Teachers are not to boast about the Law, and those who break the law “Dishonor’s” God. Grace vs Law teaches breaking the Law.
Heb 10:26-31 says if you “Willfully” sin, (and you know the Truth the Law teaches us what sin is, and you do now, and everyone who has read this) You have slapped Yeshua in the Face, and your Salvation is NULL and VOID
Paul as a Lawyer will explain that means you Salvation never happened. When people teach the Law of God is Abolished is allowing people to sin with or without knowledge. That is Willingly.
James 3:1 Amplified explains it best. Those who teach will be held at a higher accountability and that means better rewards if right, but if wrong condemnation.

To know we are sinners is to bring us to Christ for salvation by grace. Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, and we all sin, but the gift of God is eternal life, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Ephesians 2:8-9 For by grace ye are saved, through faith, and that not of yourselves, it is the GIFT of God, no of works. what we do or do not do, lest any man should boast. We are all sinners. But Jesus paid for all our sins. First Corinthians 15:1-4.
Galatians 1:7-9 Though we or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you, than that which we have preached unto you, let them be accursed. As we said before, so say I again, if any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.
There is only one gospel. John 3:16 For God so loved the world, (everybody) that He gave His only begotten Son, (Jesus) that WHOSOEVER, (anybody) believeth in Him, WILL NOT PERISH BUT HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE. Jesus said it, I believe it, and that settles it.
Once we believe we have been sealed by the Holy Spirit of promise unto the day of redemption. Ephesians 1:13 and 4:30. Hebrews 13:5 The Spirit will never leave us or forsake us. John 10:28 And I give unto them eternal life, and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. Jesus said it. I believe it.

When did Jesus teach repent from sins to be saved? You can’t show me one scripture where it says :repent from sin to be saved: repent only means to change ones mind. You use adultery as and example it Paul said anything that is not faith is sin and James said anything you know you should do and don’t is also sin. So can you struggle with faith daily and be saved? Can you sin everyday and stay saved? Do you lie any? Even so called white lies? Do you gossip about anyone? What about over indulge? You want to lift up one sin but do you commit others? Jesus said the fearful won’t inherit the kingdom. Do you ever fear? If you do then you are not trust Jesus which is sin. So do you want to hold yourself to the standard you are presenting?

Old Etonian Tory Boy You don‘t understand salvation! Adultary , lieng , killing are all sins we sin everyday! That‘s why jesus died for us on the cross for ALL THE SINS WE DID AND WE WILL DO IN THE FUTURE! Before jesus paid for our sins he preached to turn from sins because there was no sacrafice! After jesus died that‘s where the sacrafice exists for our sins! So everybody who believes in the gospel is saved! Even if he kills somebody or lies or if he steals a million times... JESUS PAID FOR IT ALL!! OTHERWISE WE ALL WOULD BE DOOMED!

Most people will go to hell by listening to people like this guy. Jesus warned us of people like this guy.
True salvation is this folks, Acts 2:37-42 King James Version (KJV)
37 Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?
38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
39 For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.
40 And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.
41 Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.
42 And they continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.
Live holy and fear God and keep all of God commandments!
You MUST be born of water and of the Holy Spirit to enter into God's Kingdom!

YOU-HAVE-BEEN-WARNED yup born of the water (my mother's womb not water baptism) and of the Holy Spirit ( when by faith we receive the free gift of salvation and God gives us his spirit to dwell in us and not necessarily speaking in tongues) Why do you think it's called born again? Because every single person is born physically but not every one is a born again. (Spiritually) when we choose to believe that Jesus came down to earth, died for us, and rose on the 3rd day and we make him our Lord and Savior and he gives us his spirit. That is the Gospel! Anything other than that is not gospel. Read the book of Galatians. It's just a few chapters. Do not follow the teachings of man. Study the word and ask the Holy Spirit to guide you in all truth.

YOU-HAVE-BEEN-WARNED I came to the understanding, that once you are saved you are born again and sealed with the Holy Spirit, and that he will never leave you. I never thought that I could lose my salvation after being saved, if it were possible then that would be to say I was not saved. The first time I heard people say that you could lose your salvation was somewhere online which was contrary to what I read in the Bible.
I trust in Jesus fully and have always since the day I came to know him as who he is. It is not by what I have done or what I will do that I'm saved, it's all because of what Jesus has done for me that I'm saved and sealed with the Holy Spirit and will never perish but have life already in me, also I won't be turned away because He knows me and I know him, and all who come to him he said he will in no wise cast out.

You have a lot of proof text but you disregard the context of the scripture particularly Matthew 7:21-23.
By understanding the context, let us read beginning from verse 15 to 23
15 “Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves. 16 By their fruit you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? 17 Likewise, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit. 19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20 Thus, by their fruit you will recognize them.21 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?’ 23 Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’
Those who does the will of the father bears good fruit and those who bear bad fruit are evildoers. This fruit is very visible that even other persons recognize it. Therefore, the emphasis on this verse is that we can exactly know of who's following the Lord by their deeds. Because, those who follow the Lord lives a life in holiness and fear in Him.
keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ that leads to eternal life. Jude 1:21

(Sorry for my english, because i'm not so good in it..) I think that believing someone always goes hand in hand with actions. I heard a nice example of Torben Sondergard: if you are standing on a trainrail and you are blindfold. Next to you and the train rails there stands a person who says, there is a train coming! Would the person who is blindfold on the trainrails say, thank you, I believe you! And then keeps standing on the trainrails???? No! That person would come in action and if that person really believes the person next to him, then the person would go off the trainrails, so the train could do no harm. So in my opinion you cannot believe without action. When you really believe in Jesus, you do the things he did: heel the sick, cast out demons and make disciples. When we believe in Jesus, we need to repent, get baptised and filled with the holy spirit and then renew or minds every day. So there are things you "must" (or want to) do when you believe in Jesus. Or in other words when you believe in Jesus, automatically there are actions that come from that believe, otherwise you don't really believe!

And Romans 11:6 It is all grace, not works, if it was by works, then it would not longer be grace, and if by grace, it is no more works. One work would cancel out grace. We are saved by faith alone in Jesus finished work alone. John 6:37 All that the Father giveth me, will come to me, and ALL that cometh to me, I will in no wise cast out. John 6:39 Jesus has never lost one. John 6:40 And this is the will of Him who sent me, that all that seeth the Son, and believeth on Him, may have eternal life, and I will raise Him up on the last day. AMAZING GRACE, JESUS PAID IT ALL, AND WE PAID 0. IT IS FREE. Romans 6:23 and Ephesians 2:8-9. All we have to do is believe it to receive the free gift.

Bas, I just found your video and admire you for putting this out and loving God. However, I couldn't disagree more. Matthew 7 must be read from Matthew 5-7 as one teaching by our Savior. No where in the "old lens" as you call it (I call it the Word of God) does He say that anyone can be saved by the works of the Law (Torah-Instruction of YHVH). The finished work of the cross is the only way to be saved! Walking in YHVH's instruction= the Torah is how you love the Lord with all your heart soul and mind and love your neighbor. Not to earn salvation, but because you love your God. The alternative is "lawlessness", which the translation of Matthew 7 you used called "evil doers". What is evil in the eyes of God? 1 John 3 talks about what sin is "sin is lawlessness". Saying that we don't have to walk in the teaching of our Savior who walked in the Torah makes no sense. Either he followed the Law/Torah and was the perfect sacrifice for sin, or he taught men another way and according to the Deuteronomy 13 was a false prophet. We cant have it both ways.

The greatest threat to true biblical Christianity are the lourship salvationists who are telling peoples they have to do certain works to maintain their salvation and that they can lose salvation,
and that they can lose it when Jesus promise that none of His Children will perish.
These peoples are worse than atheist in many regards!
