I know I'm not alone when I say, everytime Men I Trust drops a new song I feel like I'm entering a new chapter of life and using everything I've learned thus far to make the best of it. A little sappy, but that's just how I feel

@@soulstudiosmusic I do still agree with him to be honest. The songs without her singing usually have a more philosophical and foreboding sound to me. Especially the stuff from the Men I Trust album. After she became lead singer their songs turned towards a more "good vibes" kind of feeling. For the record like their earlier stuff just as much as their new songs, Men I Trust is a great band.

honestly their really early work, like the self titled album and headroom have a few skips imo. but once emma became the main vocalist i wholeheartedly agree

this kind of music i almost absolutely not my cup of tea, but this band is in fact so incredibly charming, they get me every time, haha - btw. my last exam was in the late 80s, can hardly remember it (right now my son (18) is ahead of his first exams) - well, so incredibly much happened in between, i could write a book - i think the best recommendation i can give you is: go ahead and live your life, do the things you really want, you will never regret when you do!
the other day i read an interview with the old pink floyd drummer, nick mason, and he´s a really decent guy - his advice to the young ones was: learn whatever you can, be it cooking, yoga, riding, whatever - it will automatically fit in well at some point in your life - i can confirm that, it´s almost a miracle (and i still keep learning daily)... :-)

Great keyboard solo. Indeed a great song, got better the second time listening through. Wish the keyboard and the bass had a duet at the end, that would've floored me. Bass man was chilling cool.
