Slow Cooker Beef Pot Roast Recipe | How to Cook Beef Stew super Soft | Easy &Tender

SLOW COOKER BEEF POT ROAST
Ingredient :
* 500g of beef ---season with salt and black pepper and pan seared with olive oil until turn brown at outside part
* Chopped onion, mushroom and 2 tbsp of tomato paste, olive oil stew until cook
* chopped carrot ( can also add potato and celery or vegetables as your prefer )
* herbs , fresh thyme, dried rosemary (fresh), dried bay leaves.
*1/3 cup of chicken broth ( beef broth) sorry in the video was say stock
* cook in slow cooker in 5-6 hours to get a delicious taste, the longer is better
* serve with potato puree, sprinkle with chopped green onion
